Arrived on scheduled date to install the new plumbing. Best work we have ever seen. Clean and very professional. Came back after the tiles were installed to complete the trim out. No leaks at all! Would highly recommend this company. I contacted several other companies that never returned my call. Glad they didn't! Kudos to Marty and Al.

He did a great job and he was able to fix a very old faucet. It looked great when he was done. The price was average, fair. I like him very much. He installed a hot water heater. He did a great job. He did fix something on my son's house. He comes right away, he is very reliable. He is a good plumber, lots of people use him in this area.

The job went well. The leak was fixed and the filter replacement was better than expected. In order to install the filter they had to add valves and also do some carpentry to make a location to properly attach the filter. The job looks very nice.

They have done various jobs for me including fixing a busted pipe on new years eve; plumbing our laundry and bathroom. They also installed an internal water storage tank when our external tank failed.

we had the misfortune of having a heating pipe burst on new years eve. I called Jim he came over within an hour and stopped the leaking. came back following day and fixed entire system!!! I've used Jim a few times before and have used him a few times since and currently. He did a lot of work for the prior owner and I learn something about my new home

We had excellent service from Jim, and will definitely use him again. Our problem was that we had water but the pressure was very low. He traced it to a weakly running well pump. To replace the submersible pump, he and his crew had to first dig heavy snow away from the well head. They did the replacement in frigid temperatures. While in our basement he volunteered advice about maintaining our water softener and water filter, which we greatly appreciated. He was responsive in returning phone calls, came promptly, and was very generous in explaining things to us. He gave us the best plumbing service we've had. We will call him in the Spring for additional work.

Replaced all sink valve stems and replaced pressure tank and serviced water softener.

It went very well. Jim explained the issues and process in detail and made various calls to get us the best deal in parts. He picked up the merchandise in his truck. We wanted a trustworthy, credible, pleasant local business person and that is what we got. We plan to call Jim this Fall for a couple more jobs including installing a heater element in our den.

Jim agreed to meet with me on a Sunday to go over remaining work that needs to be done. He was able to prioritize very quickly and really seemed to know what he's doing. He's old school and has been in the business for a long time. Based on my experience I can highly recommend his services.
