 + 2 moreI would never use this company again! This representative, possibly the owner, should have confirmed my address when I placed the order but he didn't. Then he became upset and very unprofessional on the phone when I contacted him--actually hanging up on me. This was my first and only experience with this company and it will be my last.
Description of Work: I phoned to order topsoil delivery and was given a price and a delivery time of 3 pm that afternoon. I was told I needed to be present for this delivery which I understood. By 3:50 pm no one had arrived so I phoned their office asking if they were still coming. I was told they would be here in 20 minutes. By 5:00 pm no one had arrived so I phoned them again. The gentleman at Gerber told me that someone had tried to deliver my topsoil but couldn't find my home. He wanted to confirm my address at which time it was apparent that he had written down my address incorrectly. He then sounded frustrated stating that "Well we tried to phone 3-4 times!" I responded that I'd been outside waiting for them after I was told they would would be here in just 20 minutes and I added that there were no messages on my answering machine to indicate that anyone had tried to reach me. Angrily, he then said "Well if you don't want it that's fine!" and hung up on me.
