+ 1 moreThe work was completed exactly as requested and on time. Everything that they said they would do was done and very professionally. I am not very trusting of contractors due to problems I've encountered in the past but this company has restored my faith that there are still some honest companies out there. I am so pleased with this company that I am having them back to complete another project.
Description of Work: Doug and Tim came to my home to put in a new set of basement stairs and added a new set of stairs with a platform into the entry way from my garage into my house.

+ -1 moreDoug (sometimes with an associate) always arrived on time and got right to work. We had not required a completion date, but the projects were finished quickly and competently. We were welcome to inspect his progress, ask questions, and make further requests. One day Doug agreed to wrap up our house early to go to my mother's house for an emergency water heater installation. Doug cleaned up after his work and made sure we were not inconvenienced more than necessary. Artisan has been wonderful.
Description of Work: Artisan remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. Included were wiring for and installation of a microwave, new counter, new sink with disposal, new cabinets, new toilet, bathroom vanity, tile floor, new baseboard heaters, and painting. Doug also replaced our house doors, storm doors, and windows, built and installed a custom banister, and replaced the inside doors for rooms and closets.

Description of Work: The person I dealt with at Artisan Renovations was Mr. Doug Marquart and last fall he replaced a small deck on the porch.
