Their services have been good. I've never really had any issues. When I first signed up, my cans came clean and new and within a week. I've never had a missed pickup.

The company discontinued my service without notifying me because payment wasn't received. I was not aware that there was a glitch in my online banking and payment was interrupted. I had never missed a payment to them in all the years I was a customer. They could have called me or sent me an email. However they chose just to cutoff service. Two weeks of trash collected in front of my home before I was aware that they weren't coming! Unacceptable.
Description of Work: Company provided me with weekly trash removal for a number of years.
