+ -1 moreVery professional, Reliable, courteous and professional. Did what I asked of him. Gave me some good insite on how it might be more cost effectivly don. Opted for his suggestion and work came out quite nice. Will recommend to anyone. Negotiate the price. Very fair on price when finished with negotiaton.
Description of Work: Replaired/Replaces front stoop. Bricks work and blue stone were both replaced. Bricks areoun house were repointed in an area that needed some TLC.

+ -1 moreIt took a few months, everything was done by hand, no big equipment. They worked in brutal heat. The result was a beautiful transformation of the yard, a mini opus 40.
Description of Work: Built a bluestone double retaining wall with central patio and steps in the hill behind my home.

Description of Work: I used Woodstock landscaping, managed by George Ramirez. I am not surprised that Mr. Ramirez is now operating under a different name. I liked him a lot when I met him, but subsequently the disappointing work his employees did, and his casual acceptance of it, would warn me off anything called "Ramirez Landscaping." He cost me much more money than was estimated, and for it he delivered lousy results. Never, never, never would I have further dealings with George Ramirez, no matter what business he was in.

Description of Work: We received an estimate from 4 different contractors. Ramirez was one of the two we were deciding on. We went with the other only because we got a better deal. Ramirez was great with being on time for our estimate and hand delivered the quote. If we had decided to go with natural stone we would have gone with them. Mr. Ramirez. Had many ideas and I would recommend them.
