Description of Work: I had him come to give me an estimate but after I asked him a couple of questions about different types of gutter covers and ways to keep my driveway dry and free of ice he had a fit and told me he couldn't deal with me and walked away. I was prepared to spend a couple of thousand at least to get a working gutter system but this guy only wanted to replace what we had already removed and he would not discuss any alternatives. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or if he is just used to everyone just saying ok to what he shows them. Even if he was having a bad day I can't find any excuse to treat a customer that way.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. We had had a date for Sunday morning, and he called in time to postpone it for Monday. He and his assistant not only replaced the gutter guards (which had been installed only last year by a disreputable person) which was what I had called him to do, but also made adjustments to the pitch of one gutter. Everything was professional and above board, and he used the material that I had requested for the gutter guards.
