Paul gave me a quote and it was going to be a monthly job, his quote was reasonable and I like to support my local businesses. When his technician arrived he let us know he was here, he checked with us to make sure the services needed were taken care of. After Phil finished he let us know he had completed our services. Phil was very well mannered and did his job relatively quick. I would recommend Pestmaster as an honest, local business with great customer service.

After using another company for years, they were not successful in treating bed bugs or roaches. Pestmaster was able to get rid of our bed bugs in two treatments. I am such a happy person now. This company is very thorough, kind to work with and a blessing to me.

Adam was friendly and professional. He located the nest and quickly treated the area. Afterwards he showed me photos of the nest ,explained what he did, and told me how to proceed. He answered all my questions. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and I would use Pestmaster again if needed.

Trever thoroughly sprayed the affected areas under the eaves of our house. He’s very professional and answered all my questions about yellow jackets. One day after spraying, no more yellow jackets flying in and out of our house! We would highly recommend Trever and his work.

Successful in the end. It took a few tries, in part because I preferred to get rid of them without harming them and did not want to use lethal traps. Pestmaster's method was to allow squirrels to leave but not return and this seemed more humane than the other service I considered. There was some puzzling communication about using havahart traps--at first I was told that this was an option, but later told that this was not possible, and that, in any case, any squirrels caught in traps would have to be killed according to NYS law (defeating the point!). However, in the end, the squirrels left and have not come back. We're satisfied. The technician was efficient and punctual.

The first nontoxic DE spraying didn't kill all the hornets, Pestmaster came back right away and did a second spraying which remedied the problem. Very good, would recommend!

I won't know until the Spring. But - I found them here highly recommended and then found out why - and am very pleased to be at the stage we are now.

Darren, the service tech, inspected the areas where the wasps were entering. He treated the soffits, and around the windows and doors. We were very pleased with the work he did and would hire Pestmaster Services if ever needed again.

It went perfectly. Matt was efficient and knowledgeable, and gave us clear instructions as to what to do next.

The best service. The team was excellent. Will use them if needed for other work in a heartbeat. They were clean, explained to my satisfaction the work and a good price. So friendly and responsive to our questions. Wish more services had their skills in work and customer service. I would have done it myself, but they know what its all about, the customer and the job getting done. They cleaned all the bat droppings, cleaned the air in the attic and did not leave any mess in my home. Unbelievable,,,,, that rarely happens today. Wish I did it earlier... So far so good. I think the mice eating the poison has slowed down. I do have the thought that the mice from the whole area might be interested in the poison--so it is both an attractant and a deterrent which is odd. But I don't want my expensive insulation eaten away. They will also inspect the perimeter of the space when all of the garden around it is pruned for the winter. So the job is in progress. They do inform me of all visits via computer and the same service person returns each time and then files the report on line and I read it and can respond to it. All my questions and concerns were handled well and in detail.

These folks came promptly. The time of arrival given me by the cheerful receptionist was met on the nose by the first tech who assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. I immediately accepted and the second tech showed up right on time. Both men personable, knowledgeable, neat and courteous. Didn't leave any mess behind. By next day most bees gone. Very satisfied.

Adam was a friendly and helpful and quickly determined I had no pest problem . There was no charge for this inspection.

Called several pest control services very early - 7:15am (all advertised 24 hour service). Only 2 actually answered the phone. Paul at Pestmaster Services responded immediately and had his tech, Kevin at my home within 45 minutes. Kevin captured the bat and examined the property for possible entrance sites and evidence of a colony. It should be noted that the other company I spoke to did not know when they would be able to get here or if they would be able to remove bat. They also quoted me almost double the price, just to have a look. Pestmaster Services came to the rescue!

it went okay. the problem was contained. However, they have or had bad customer service. When I called to complain about an issue they basically told me that the service tech had to remove the plastic off of my new mattress in order to perform service.

I made a call and they showed up on time the very next day. Adam was thorough, explained the job and the price and said he would come back if the problem were not resolved with the one treatment. (That proved not to be necessary.) We were delighted with the service and, even more, with the results!
