I had a bat in my bedroom last night (horrors!!) and with the help of a neighbor was able to remove the bat. I called Pestmaster Services to have someone come over to determine how the bat got in. I don't think I could have slept tonight without knowing. Someone came over within an hour of my call. Adam was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. He determined that the bat entered where I installed my airconditioners improperly. Then amazingly, he got his drill and some screws from his van and helped me by re-installing 2 airconditioners. He checked out my attic (which is where I thought the bat came from) and assured me that the attic looked fine. When I asked how much I owed him. He said that there was no charge. If I ever have another pest situation I will surely contact Pestmaster Services. And here is a big shout out to Adam, for being such a nice guy. THANK YOU!!

We got an estimate for a bedbug problem. When we asked them for the estimate to include why they were spraying the woman, who said she was the owner, said she does not write anything and hung up on my daughter. When I call to speak with the owner, she said she was. I explained that the agency, RUPCO, needed the estimate to state what they would be spraying for. She told me that SHE knew why they would be spraying because she sent out her bedbug guy and that they could call her. She told me that I should call another service. My daughter, not knowing I had called, called back to explain why the estimate had to mention bedbugs, and she told her to f**k off. Real professional. I will, though, take her advice. I am definitely calling someone else. I suggest you do the same!

The service was great. In less than a week the situation was taken care of. He did a great job with the work. He stuck to the guidelines of the Big Deal. He really knew what he was doing and he was able to take care of the work much quicker than a prior provider that I had used previously. He came during a crisis at my home and he was very professional with the work. He was a very responsible service provider. He takes his profession seriously.

Steve showed up right on time. We did a walk around the exteriror of the house and I showed him all of the areas of concern. He told me what treatment options were available and once I made my decision, he got right to work. He did a sweep around the entire exterior of my house and sprayed the base of the foundation, the underside of my vinyl siding, and also my shutters. He also suggested I stay out of my backyard for a little while as the bees he sprayed were understandably upset. I would absolutely call them again for pest control service.

Paul was on time, explained what he was doing and what to expect and also gave me some good pointer for other pest problems for which I had not even asked him about. Very helpful worker of knowledge and fast. Work come with 60- day warranty.

I was happy that they could come before I left for work in the morning. Since it was early I was the first appt of the day and he was right on time. I am no longer hearing things scratching in my walls/ceiling so I am pleased. :-)

Steve is the second service rep we have worked with and we are always pleased with the quality of his work just as we were with his predecessor. The office staff is great too!

We called Pestmaster for pest control service in the soup kitchen and shelter. Scheduling was easy and convenient, the technicians were prompt and courteous. The owner, Paul Alley personally followed up after the work was completed to see if we were satisfied. Pestmaster is reliable, efficient and an extremely good value.

Pestmaster is pretty good. It depends though on the person that comes to visit. They are very big in this area, and they service an area that goes all over the county. Lately, the person who has been coming to us has been very good! But sometimes, they are perhaps, not quite so good. I would recommend them because we are still using them. Overall experience is B, and the price is good. Some of the other pest control services are a lot more expensive than Pestmaster. They come when they say they are coming, unless they can't, then they call. They are very professional.
