Description of Work: I needed handyman work for the three houses here. When I called they told me they no longer do handyman services, only construction. They were very nice and helpful and gave me a referral.

Description of Work: They were professional, attentive and pleasant to work with and provided us with a project estimate. My argument is with Angie's list saying they were offering a design service - they gave us a work estimate as would any local contractor would have done. We have since had the opportunity to meet with other local contractors offering the same service (estimating the job) at no charge. I believe it is you who have misrepresented this service.

+ 2 moreI used him expensively but he's excellent and good so it's a fair price. Every time I need something done I just give him a call and he take care it for me. They are hard worker, right on time and detail oriented. If there's something that they notice that might need to be done in addition to what I'd notice they'd bring it up to me and ask if I want it to be done too and make recommendations to look nicer. I recommend him to other people.
Description of Work: Sarkis Simonian repaired a bathroom for us and that includes fixing the floor and putting the toilet in. We've been using him for five years.
