+ 0 moreSal was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I followed Sal around and he explained everything he was doing. During inspection, he answered any questions I had about the inspection and houses in general. Sal does not chew your ear off with long stories or anecdotes. He gives you clear, concise information about the steps and checks he's performing and the same for any questions you ask. He provided a long report with many photos and all things (good and bad) that he noted during the inspection. Pre and Post-inspection communication was very prompt. I would hire Sal again.
Description of Work: Full pre-purchase home inspection. Utilities, visible structure issues, foundation, roof, septic dye test, radon test, etc.
