+ -1 moreHorrible Experience , it took over a year to complete and you need to pay the full amount upfront you don't have any pull when you have problems you don't have no leverage nothing gets better in the course of the remodeling.

+ 0 moreWe have a service contract with them to service our heating and A/C so they come out twice a year. They are excellent. It is not about their workmanship; they are very expensive. They are generally on time. I will use them again in the future for most things.

+ 0 moreThey were in store in time. But follow up was very poor. They did not get in touch with us, and arranged with the installer the delivery on job site. Since we do not live on those premises, we had asked repeatedly to be notified of the installation time and date as well as details on delivery. It took several calls, different employees of Lowe's, and several calls to the installer to coordinate both the delivery and the timing for installation. Follow up lacks badly. Also, we paid for a certain locking feature which was not delivered so the whole job didn't get done till Oct. 9, 2013. Again, calls, coordination of timing etc. At the end, all was done,but for a paying customer to do so much calling ,I found it less than professional. I would use them again because the quality of Pella windows which only Lowe's carries, is a big advantage. Also my expectations would be lowered. Lowe's for lower expectations!
Description of Work: We ordered sliding Pella doors to be installed by their subcontractor.

Description of Work: I used Lowes to put in laminated flooring. They used a subcontractor named Tiboue to do the flooring installation.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey are nothing fancy, but they did an ok job. The only problem we had was that the installation was delayed for around two weeks, but they were finally able to do it. They charged $100 for the installations and $89 for each window.
Description of Work: They replaced two windows in my basement. They have the standard basement size, I guess it would be around 24x15.
