Work was performed well and on time. They were the low bid of two bids, and they attempted to facilitate a rental for me which I appreciated. My one quibble is that the rental process was not as transparent as it could have been. For instance, I was able to return the rental car to their shop - which saved me time - but they had no process for checking the rental car to confirm that there was no damage. They simply held the car on their lot and notified the rental agency that it was there. So, I was not able to document that the car was undamaged when returned. This turned out to be a moot point in this case, but seems to me that if the car had been damaged on their lot after I turned it in, I could have been held liable for the damage. However, that quibble aside, I would definitely recommend this company.

I showed up to Kingston Auto Body at the appointment time. They immediately greeted me and took the keys for the car. They then told me it would take about 1/2 hour for the service and asked if I wanted coffee, water etc. They then took the car in and performed the service. Upon completion, they came out and told me that there was a slight leak, (possibly from the power steering) and told me that they could check it out further if I liked. I declined as I had another appointment that day, but they advised me that I should keep an eye on the leak and the fluid level. The service was performed in a professional manner and was as expected.

In and out very quickly with a very thorough inspection. Great Job!!

Extremely well!!! The car drives and looks as good as new!!! All of the employees were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They provided transportation to and from my home to their location as needed.

We brought the car in on Monday and 4 days later , it was repaired . They did an EXCELLENT job in a timely manner. They were very professional and explained everything they did to the car and answered ALL our questions. The work was very well done.

Fixed car in several hours. Dropped me off at home and dropped off the car at my house when completed. Did not charge me for parts he had in shop to fix the tailpipe. Total bill one half the estimate my local car dealership provided. On a previous visit he checked my brakes and did not charge me. These people are great. Honest, pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in the morning after it was hit by a falling tree. An repair estimate was done right away, while I waited,and an appointment made for the repair. When my car was ready, I was very happy with the quality of the body work, as it was brought back to the way it looked before the tree fell on it, even though the back of the car had been badly damaged. The work was expertly done. My car was ready when they said it would be, and they handled everything with my insurance company. All I had to pay was my deductible. This was the fifth time I have used Kingston Auto Service and Collision Repair for body damage repair, and the work has always been first rate, and everyone very helpful and friendly.

We gave Kingston Collision's name and number to our auto insurance carrier on a Monday. Later that day, Kingston Collision contacted us to set up an appointment the following week. They estimated the job would take 4 days and that is exactly when the car was finished. Everyone is very friendly, professional, accommodating and the work was perfect. And, it has a life time warranty. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but we would definitely use them again and we will refer them to anyone who is looking for an honest auto body shop.
