JSP installed a central air conditioning system (actually replaced current system). They were fast, thorough, competent and professional. They answered all of our questions and were extremely neat and clean when working inside the house. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had an experience that “exceeds expectations” thus far with JSP. My project involves a new furnace & AC system and likely a full house water filter too. Specifically I’d like to call out the customer service and communications from them is uniquely wonderful. From my in home consultation scheduling, the survey appointment with John and estimate to very friendly office calls the days of final installation - they send text reminders & emails to confirm and communicate who’s going to be in your home (pictures & short bios). It really sets the bar for home improvement service. Bravo to everyone at JSP!

JSP installed a complete heat pump system, including hospital-grade clean air. We could not be happier with our choice of JSP to design and install the system. Our previous systems were just not designed right and never worked properly. Such a difference now! We both have asthma. Our home is now a safe haven from the allergens and other air pollution in our area. We are much healthier, and are comfortable year round. We had excellent support from both the office and the installation team. Travis, Brandon, and Trevor were like part of our family during the installation, so friendly and considerate, yet hard working and professional. Every day, it felt like they left the house cleaner than when they arrived! We heartily recommend any of JSP services, based on our experience.

Start to finish the customer service was exceptional! First, I don't find too many companies contacting you the next day after you fill out a contact form online (very impressed). Carly was really helpful, and got me scheduled for the next day. When the technician was on his way, I received both a text and an email. Jon Nix, the plumbing technician, was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to give me at quote on my leaking pipe within 10 minutes, and offered different options for how much each would cost. He was very professional and the finished product was not only functional, but aesthetically, a vast improvement over the existing pipes. He took the time to explain everything, and I felt very valued as a customer. The job took him a little longer to complete than estimated (only because the pipes were old and complicated) and not once did I hear him complain or anything about the time it was taking. He showed me all of the work, and even was kind enough to empty the bucket that had been catching the drip from the pipe. There are so many thoughtful things that he did that made for a great experience. I would absolutely hire them again!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The workmanship was exceptional and he treated my home with respect. Overall I am satisfied with the job. However, I find them a little pricey. My neighbor told me he had the similar work done by another company for quite less. In the future I will use them if needed.

Wonderful people from start to finish. Reception was great, they explained the quote process and any costs before sending someone out. Damon the plumbing technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a few options for our repair and fixed it right then. Great job all around.

We had a bad clog it backed into the kitchen when we flushed bathed etc we couldn't do anything... so I called another plumber and waited 4 days he kept saying he would be here Fri, sat, then Monday, he never showed up and never contacted me after monday...when I called them Monday afternoon they dispatched the technician within an hour... so nice, informative,fast And did what they said they would When they said it!

Response time was quick and was efficient in his evaluation and time management,not attempting to make the project seem more difficult than it was.also was very reasonable with the cost of the repair.

Outstanding experience from start to finished. Submitted a service request on a Saturday morning and was offered many options for a visit the same day by a very nice office manager. Damon showed up at 3pm and was one of the most knowledgable professional and courteous plumber I have ever met. He gave us options, we went with the cheapest one for about $300 (it included Saturday emergency so no surprise here) and he did a really good and thorough job. All the equipment was there in a brand new truck, and everything was done in a very clean way. Added JSP to my favorites and they are now our 'go to' plumber!

JSP provides very thoughtful and expert service. They are less interested in making a sale than they are in guiding the customer toward the wisest course of action. We got great results with them. I would recommend JSP to anyone.

JSP Plumbing & Heating is a great company. Travis and Trevor installed my new split heat/AC unit. They were both fantastic. Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere (you would never even know they were there) and we love the unit that Travis chose for us. The owner John came over prior to installation to confirm the specs of our space to make absolutely sure we were purchasing the perfect equipment for our room over our garage. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend this company highly. 5 Stars!!!!!

Service was rendered Sunday evening before the 4th of July. Only two hours after my emergency call. The serviceman Paul chahanovich was timely, professional, and competent. He did not have the part to fix the job at 8pm but offered to go to the supply house and get it. He returned later that night and my air conditioner was working perfectly by 10pm. It was a delight to see a young man taking his responsibilities in a serious and dedicated manner. Very grateful that there a workers like Paul out there and glad to see that the company that he works for has him as their representative.

I was charged $800 for a jet cleaning of my main line inside the house. The person who did the job, Trevor, was great, the price is the only thing that bothered me. The people that drained my septic tank also do the jet washing and they charge $385, so I definitely feel taken advantage of.

On time, fast and clean

They wet clean, quiet, and professional. I just found them a little pricey but I would recommend them!
