I hired Jeff to do a home inspection and boy am I glad I did! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable from the beginning of the project to completion. I unfortunately live in another state so I had a friend attend the inspection. He was open and honest with my friend (I authorized him to speak to him) and was a consummate professional. He wasted no time in reviewing the "key" issues over the phone that evening with me and I received his very, very thorough report overnight. If I could give him more than 5 Stars I would. I hired Jeffrey for a general home inspection and attended the inspection with him. He was professional, informative, personable and most importantly, thorough. Jeff was so professional, extremely knowledgeable, prompt (he came 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time!) detailed, and so friendly which went a long way for this first time homebuyer. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about HOAs and offered great insight among all the other things that he shared. He was so personable and we walked through the entire property, taking time to answer all my questions while capturing key observations throughout. I will absolutely use his service again in the future! He was also able to come out the same day that I talked to him and literally provided an excellent picture filled report with his detailed recommendations in less than 24 hours! WOW!!! So I was looking on Angie’s list for someone to inspect a home for me. Jeff calls me within 5 minutes and I had my inspection scheduled for the next day at 2pm. He was punctual professional and honest. When we spoke about the home he was detailed and helpful. He even gave me his personal advice on things I didn’t have much experience with.
