They are notorious for not answering their phones. Angel, one of the managers, is very friendly and nice. He tries to solve problems. He told me that next time I have a problem to let him know. Gunny is very knowledgeable. He sold me my TV. He informed me which TV was better and the differences and so forth. I was able to take his knowledge to get what I needed.
Description of Work: I have bought my TVs, VCRs, DVD players, and computers here. I called about a month ago to see if they had a particular item in stock. They didn't answer their phones, so I had to drive over there.
