Description of Work: We paid for kitchen cabinetry and were never delivered anything. The owner made many excuses but never came through. We never got our money back. I learned six months later he was arrested for fraud by the DA due to issues of this type.

+ 0 moreWhen I ordered my granite, it was from an 12 x 12 sample. Owner indicated variations in actual stone due to fact it is natural stone. I have since learned that you should only purchase from viewing the actual slab, a step that I was not offered by this company. I was also not given the courtesy of viewing the stone prior to it being fabricated; the owner knowing that the actual slab did not even come close to matching the sample. Again, he cited the fact that he had warned me of "extreme" variations. How can a layperson visulize what variations in granite could possibly look like when only seeing the sample. Actual stone received was completely different from the sample - owner indicates that because he warned me there would be variations, he had no liability of what I received. I have since taken him to small claims court and am awaiting a decision of whether I will receive a refund of the $5,000. Please be aware of this if you dare to make any purchase from this business.
