"Established in 2016, C. Donaldson Property Maintenance LLC is a fully insured and licensed family owned company specializing in all phases of residential construction from excavation & foundations to decks & trim work. All our operators are UDig New York certified excavators to ensure safe digging practices are always preformed when we are working on your property. Our laborers all hold valid OSHA 30 training certificates to also ensure safe work practices. Our number one goal along side of safety is ensure a positive, stress free experience for our customers. C. Donaldson is also a bonded/licensed excavation contractor with the city of Kingston to help provide other service professionals assistance when needing to make repairs in the city."

Along side of excavation our team includes concrete experts experianced in poured sidewalks, foundations, slabs & existing concrete repairs. We at C. Donaldson also offer general contracting services with our list of experienced sub-contractors to take care of any projects from start to finish.
