My initial conversations with Arace weren't promising, so I'm glad I stuck it out and had them come do the work. I called for an estimate. A week later I still hadn't received a call back. The people who answer the phone don't seem to know a lot about the work of the company, and while extremely nice are very slow. Three phone calls later (one of which was from them calling to make sure they knew how to pronounce my name), I had a day scheduled for the electrician to come. Frankly, after the confusing extended phone calls I wasn't hoping for much. But Orion (I'm not sure if I spelled his name right) was great. He showed up exactly on time and was nice, respectful, and communicative. The job ended up with an unexpected complication which made it last longer than anticipated; he didn't charge me for the extra time it took him to go back to the workshop and get additional tools and materials. Everything was installed and working perfectly a couple hours later. I got an invoice in the mail a week later. So, if you can be patient with the nice ladies on the phone, you'll get good service from this nice local company.

It went fine. Less than 1/2 a day and I was back and electrified.

They were good. They did what they were supposed to do. I had no problems.

Did part of the job - never called or came back for the rest.

After not hearing back from Jim, I called him. He said that we would have his estimate by the first of the week. Three weeks have passed and no bid or no contact. We needed an electrician for several items. First of all our kitchen light had stopped working, so we had no light in our kitchen. Second, there were several trouble issues with switches, wiring, and motion detection devices that were mal functioning. Next, there were a number of out door lighting that we wanted install around the yard, and pool.

Overall everything went smooth. No problems. The said it would be ready on Friday and it was. We had to pay $35.00 up front for diagnostic fee. They told us how much it was going to cost to replace the power supply on the unit and if we wanted to go ahead with the repairs. Once we gave the go ahead, the repairs were done and tv returned on time. Arace has been around for many years and has always had good service, so no surprise there.

Everything went perfectly and we are happy campers.

Called and explained the problem. They advised us that there would be a service charge for in home service. We agreed to the amount .The technician came and diagnosed the problem and told us what the part would cost to replace. He asked us if we would like to proceed and we agreed. Very professional and fast.
