Steve was unbelievable. He had to basically pull a and quot;McGyverand quot; to get this thing out of the drain without it getting pushed even further. He was there close to 2 hours and trying to find creative ways of getting the bottle cap out.

Steve responded quickly to our phone call, arrived in a timely manner, was friendly yet professional, highly knowledgeable, solved the problem, and cleaned up thoroughly. Price was fair. We would definitely use him again.

Steve made recommendations on where to purchase the needed parts. he gave recommendations on product vendors as well. gave helpful hints to ensure a successful design, purchase and installation of Plumbing, faucet, vanity, counter top and toilet. when I ordered the wrong part, steve was flexible enough to return later the same day to finish the work after calling the supply company to make sure they had the correct needed replacement part. Additioally, the new faucet that I had purchased had a defective Hot water Cartridge. Steve had the replacement part on his truck for easy replacement.

Steve was very professional and very helpful. One of the few contractors who I have worked with who came when he said he would. Was thorough in completing the jobs, insuring that the faucets functioned as expected. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job and will use him when replacing my hot water heater. I did not price this job out which I should have and usually do, so I cannot answer Price. But his service was worth the price.

I purchased my house 2 years ago, and one of the previous owners did a lot of work on it himself, including the installation of a bathroom in the basement. I had noticed that flushing the toilet in the basement caused the water from the shower's drain trap to be sucked down, eventually causing it to be emptied so the smell from the cesspool would rise up into the house. I had left a message Steve during the week to come by to look at an issue with my plumbing. He called back the next day. I work 9-5, M-F, so I explained that evenings or weekdays are the best times for me. He told me that he had a job on Saturday, but he would come by after he finished that job. He didn't give me a time so on Saturday, I waited for him all day until he showed up at 7PM. He looked at the issue and said he wanted to try opening my basement's kitchen sink's drain to test if it seems to be connected to the other, un-vented drain so he can install a vent there. However, he said that it was too late for him to start the job and said that he would come back next Saturday to do the job. He did not charge me for the visit. Next weekend came and I waited for him, but he didn't show up so I gave him a call. It turns out he forgot about the job. We arranged for him to come by another weekend. We both had plans for the next few weekends, so we eventually arranged for him to come by a few weeks later on another Saturday. He spent about 15 minutes opening a drain to test out if it was connected to the other drain and having me flush. It was not connected, and he informed me that there was nothing he could do without tearing up the entire basement bathroom, which is understandable. He did not charge me for this visit either. I told him that I would like him to replace a toilet in my house, and he suggested some brands and told me to get back to him after I picked out what I would like. Later in the week, I picked out toilets I liked and left a message for him to call me back about installing 2 new toilets. He never called me back, so I assume he is too busy for the work. Although he seems very honest and did not charge me for his visits, I found his responsiveness quite lacking.

He never returned our call after we left a message. Steve did return our call eventually. He apologized and said he was on vacation. By the time we heard from he, we already found another plumber who completed the job.

He was very concerned for the issue. He did follow up and call me. Thankfully, the issue had resolved itself and the water pressure broke the clog up per his advice. I will definitely call him in the future for work if I need it! If the clog hadn't broke, I am certain he would have stopped by after hours to get it taken care of for me. It is very important to have service like this!

I had tried to fix this myself, but just couldn't do it. Steve took everything apart, found the trouble, and repaired it. He was over my house for over 2 hours. Steve was professional, and good to talk to. He was thorough and gave good advice, should the problem or a similar one arise again. He charged a reasonable amount, and I would definitely use him again. I recommend him highly.

Steve came quickly and efficiently did my repair. A testament to his personality is that he remained upbeat throughout the entire repulsive job. This is a skilled and thoroughly professional plumber.

I originally used Steve's father Emil as my regular plumber because he was capable, reliable, and a friendly. When he fully retired he gave me Steve's contact information, and he stepped into his father's shoes in every way. I had Steve do repairs on two prior occasions, and was completely satisfied. On this occasion, late Friday night I saw water on the basement floor from a leaky hot water pipe in a dark corner that I hadn't noticed earlier. Fortunately, I figured a way to stop it by cutting off water to the furnace, and called Steve Saturday morning. He agreed to come over as soon as he finished the job he was on, arrived in good time, and did the job by cutting out and replacing the bad section. He also said that I could have called him the night before, which is reassuring in case a similar situation arises in the future. Based on this experience plus the two previous times he did work for me, I recommend him most highly!

He came on Saturday to plug the drain temporarily then came back to do the major work. Everything went excellent. He did a great job. He is very skilled and very personable. I recommend him and I thank Angie's List for having him on the list.

He was able to come on Saturday morning with only a day or 2 notice. Found the leak behind the shower wall and replaced the pipe. Also had him fix a shut off valve and a leaking kitchen sick. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely use him again. Prices seemed fair.

Steve was very professional and arrived on time. He replaced the leaking toilet valve and then checked the toilet and notified me that the flapper needed to be replaced, which explained why the toilet had not been flushing properly. The job was done in a timely fashion and Steve cleaned up and left me a clean bathroom. He is very personable and also played with my dogs!! I would definitely use him again.

steve fixed the main problem i had of replacing the kitchen faucet, but also did all the small plumbing problems i had, such as a screw for the shower handle, replacing parts sent to me from moen that i did not have a clue what to do, and the outside faucet which needed to be turned on after 20 years (i thought it was disconnected). he is the best, and went above and beyond. keep up the good work. we need more people like you out there to help those of us in need.

While he was working on these I turned on my sprinklers and one of the heads was missing. Steve repaired this too while he was there.

Steve was great start to finish. Very responsive to my phone calls and/or voice messages. He came on a Saturday and gave me an estimate for the job and then did the work the following Wednesday. The appliances were being delivered a few days after that and then we moved right in so I was happy he was able to accommodate our schedule. The house was empty at the time so he worked for most of the day by himself while I was at work. I met him at the house after he was done, inspected the work and everything was done and looked great. He was also very neat. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (which I have done since).

Steve responded promptly, was reasonable in price and did a good job. He was very professional and was neat and cleaned up. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends. He even took time out to explain things to my dad and play with our beagle!!!

Let me tell anyone that is within the scope of Steve's purview that this was far and away the best experience we have ever had with a plumber (and we have had many). As soon as I contacted Steve on the telephone, he was familiar with the concept and explained what he would do and his rates which were more than fair. He then advised me to not be concerned as he could possibly repair the pump instead of purchasing a new one unnecessarily. True to his word, he arrived at the prescribed day and time and cleaned out the sump pump, sparing us a costly replacement. He fully explained what was done and left the house clean and neat. He also spent a good amount of time answering some questions we had and was amenable to doing so. This is exactly the sort of person one would want working in their home. he is respectful of the customer, mindful of the cost given today's economic issues and highly knowledgeable in all matters he undertakes. While we hope we do not need a plumber in the near (or far future), Steve will be the first person I will call and will advise all members of my family and friends to do so as well. I've never dealt with anyone who was as responsive as Steve was. I had very difficult time constraints and Steve somehow worked through all of them. Always with a smile and courtesy. I've never had a plumber who provided this level of customer service. He has a client for life.

In addition, while he was here, we inquired about another project that we were interested in having done. Steve had an appointment with another client later that day, but let us know that we could have his services until he needed to get to his next appointment. I liked that he was eager to do our job, but it was important to him that he be on time for his next one. Steve was extremely pleasant and even managed to teach our 3 children a couple of plumbing basics since they were intrigued with his work. An A+ experience. Don't hesitate. We already have Steve coming back for yet another project!

Had a leaking part on my gas heating furnace. Steve came to se what part was needed, procured the part then came back to do the replacement. Was done in under 30 minutes and all is well. His usual great job!

I want the service and called them but recieve no calls back. It is extremely frustrating that they won't respond to me.
