PARAGON POOLS

They have no idea what service means. You can only contact them through the pool store. I believe they are employees. They never call when they were coming. They didn't tell me they were there. They partially drained the pool through a garden hose. They covered the pool and there's live wires in there. I had no idea what was going on. They left a note behind note saying not to pull the plug. I called them and they said they couldn't wait for it to drain and they would come back. They only did half the job. I called them because the drainage pump stopped working. They couldn't come for a couple of days. They were going to come Monday(the 14th). I've been waiting all day and I can't call the store because they aren't open on Monday. They can't be trusted.

They are the most unprofessional people, we have ever dealt with. They didn't close the pool properly in the fall, causing water to freeze in a pipe, that then cracked. When they opened the pool in the spring, the pump wasn't working, because of the broken pipe. The person who came out to our house, said he would have his boss call us to discuss the problem. No one ever called us, and when my husband called them, the ''boss'' said he had no intention of calling us or fixing the problem.

PARAGON POOLS ARE VERY RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT AT GETTING MY POOL OPENED. MY POOL WAS CLEAR AND READY TO GO IN TIME FOR MY FAMILY TO COOL DOWN. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
