quote was way out of the ball park, but more importantly was the arrogant take it or leave it attitude

When we were given the estimate we were surprised as it was twice what 3 other tree services had quoted. A few days later, the firm called me and said they would reduce it by $100.00. They also said the other companies estimators just got the jobs and I will have to pay at least 1000. He said he was in the business for alot of years and he knows. I told him I had companies that were int he business for at least 30 years and they gave us quotes of less than $500.00 He said no way. I thought the whole experience was unprofessional and a bit surprising.

It was easy to make an appointment at my convenience. They arrived on time for both the estimate and for the work. The work was performed quickly with excellent cleanup. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work/time involved.

Very professional and punctual. The owner comes by to assess all work. Best of all, they have a worker on staff that is immune to poison ivy! Amazing find!

They are reliable and pretty inexpensive.

I find them very reasonably priced. The owner comes out with the crew. I have used them at two different houses. I have used them for years. If I got an issue, they get here promptly. They take care of everything. They bring their own chipper, they clean their own stuff and they would advice whether or not to be worried about the tree. They are capable of looking at it and then tell if it is safe or need to take it out. They clean everything up and they are large enough crew. They just come in and I don't have to worry about having a mess left over. They do a good job.
