Went to Home Depot to inquire about a Mini Split AC system The HD manager said I would receive a call on Monday and they assigned my lead to Kings Park Heating and AC He said if I didn't receive a call on Monday to reach out to the company direct. Monday came and went with no call so I reached out on early Tuesday morning to them I got what appeared to be an answering service. I left a message requesting a call back with my name contact information and lead number. I incorrectly assumed under the circumstances they would call relatively quickly. By early afternoon I had enough I called again and this time got somebody from the company and cancelled my lead. How can you trust a company to follow up on a future service call since they don't respond to a sales lead generated by the largest home improvement retailer in the nation? I contacted both HD customer service and the manager from Home Depot that assisted us and explained the poor experience with there service provider I can tell you that neither one was pleased . Apparently HD only has one service provider in the area so if your going to go to Home Depot for HVAC services on Long Island shop elsewhere as Kings Park Heating and AC is a poor service provider

Condenser went out, Chris tried to walk me through a fix on a friday night at 9pm. definitely went above and beyond what I would expect from an HVAC technician. It is after hours and he tried his best to help me since they couldn't come out to me until Monday and it is a hot and soupy summer. Promptly showed up today and quickly fixed what needed fixing on this ancient unit. Honest guys that absolutely surprised me in their service. I would call them again and recommend to all my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Kings Park A/C .

Overall they did a good job.

Three years ago they installed a unit.It was one person that came out. It took about an hour to complete the job. He left the area neat. Overall, no expectations, they're very courteous and friendly. They explained what they were doing.

I had a good experience with them. They were outsourced through a big-box store. It was 4 people total performing the installation. It took them 2 full days, 10-12 hours total. The area was very clean when they were done. They did everything really well, including the install, cleaning & clearing out the area. Overall it was a good job.

Danny and Chris worked on the job. They were really quick, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions.
