Description of Work: I had my concrete driveway removed and paved and my concrete walkway done with paving stones.

Description of Work: I needed them to restore damage done to a driveway they had initially paved for me in June 2012 before hurricane Sandy. My go around with them at that time was horrible with there multiple delays and inability to give me a time when the job would be completed. Ultimately the job was completed and I hoped I would never have to deal with them again however Sandy changed all that. I suffered damage to the end of my driveway which I felt would be easiest for them to repair. Unfortunately there usual practice of delays and poor overall management has continued ,I would never recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: This is a HORRIBLE company. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND.Work to be done was an excavation and extension of my driveway, belgium blocks laid and black asphalt be put down.. The job agreement was conducted since late March. Due to the weather conditions the job was not begun until mid May. and it was a diaster. As of today my driveway is still not completed and an eye sore. My husband and I have made several calls to the sales respresentative named Steve who is reluctant to return calls. States he works another job, which is irrelevant when hs representing Fasco and supposed to be the point of contact on my job. Several calls were made to the company to find out the status of the workers to complete my driveway ,and Michelle a secretary always answers the phone, can't never seem to give me a definitive answer and always ensures shell have Steve contact us. As far as the workers, they are not punctual at all. Business is business and time is valuable, but it seems with this company they don't respect a clients schedule. on two different occasions they showed up later than they should. The initial visit they never showed up and I had to call to complain that no one gave me a courtesy to tell me the crew was reassigned. The last incident was they were scheduled to come out and complete the job and they were 4 hours late. I told them to go. They already wasted my time and the reply was their boss told them to do another job. Again a disrespect. Another part of the incompetent work was when the worker escavated my concrete they damaged the entrance floor to my driveway and my neighbors fromt lawn, and still failed to come and rectify the damage. I guess this will become a legal issue.

Description of Work: I made an appointment to have an estimate done for a very large driveway expansion. They never showed up to our appointment and never called. I called them the next day giving the benefit of a doubt, maybe they had a scheduling error. I set a new appointment. The person was 15 minutes late for the new appointment. I wanted a black top driveway and the price given was much higher than expected.

Description of Work: Company representative provided estimate for removal of existing driveway and installation of new asphalt driveway and resetting of belgian block border. Work started June 8, but was not completed - old driveway was removed, belgian block was reset, but new asphalt was not installed.

Description of Work: They put in an asphalt driveway, about 20 x 100 feet.

Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND TOOK UP THE OLD ONE.
