It would have been a super expensive job to clean out the drywells and the underground pipes leading to them. I would have had to rip up the yard and that would have been super costly. Encore's plan to reroute the leaders worked well! While he was there, he checked the roof and gutters and made sure they were cleaned too. I plan to use Encore going forward for spring/fall gutter maintenance!

Chris Higgins was very prompt. I called and left a message and they called back in a reasonable amount of time. My husband was impressed with him and his work. His pricing was fair and he was nice a gentleman.

I previously was told by another roofing company that I needed an entire new roof. When this man came out and he said that I did not need a new roof, just some cleaning and preventative care. He seemed nice and knowledgeable. He said he would take his information that he gathered, do some calculation for the size of the job, and would get back with me with a quote in a couple of days. I have yet to hear back from him.

I think the job was wonderful and a well spent $75.00. I have to wait for my children to come and help me do this and it takes time. This was done quickly and competely. The gentleman did tell me was primarily a roofer but finished my job well.

Chris is wonderful. He will talk you out of expensive services that other companies try to sell you. He works with you to make your roofing last as long as possible with small repairs instead of elaborate renovations. How wonderful to have someone come that is so kind and trustworthy. What a pleasure to work with. The gutter cleaning was a simple task done very well, his wisdom and guidance for long term care of the house was amazingly valuable.
