 + -1 morewhen you have to have your cesspool drained, it is an emergency. No ifs, ands, or buts. When I called Eastern Cesspool, their response was immediate. Within a short amount of time, the team was at our house, explained the process and got straight to work. They were neat, courteous and professional. I really appreciated that.
