Description of Work: Stripped and replaced our rubber flat roof including some plywood replacement, full gutter and down spout replacement and a new hatch. The crew is great, very professional and thorough. I plan on using them again for siding replacement and concrete facade repairs.

+ -1 morecalled on sat nov 15. i was very haapy to find a roofer that answered my call and would take a look at my roof on a saturday. by 3pm on sunday i ccalled him. his promised to comw by between 11-12. i called him around 2pm to find out when i could expect him. after all i was expecting him at least 2 hours earlier. he said, without explaination, that he would be there around 330. about 5pm he rings my bell. after examiningthe problem he tells me he will call me with the estimate. by 3pm sunday i had not heard from him, so i called. rudly, he answers his phone and says he does not work on sunday. i made other arraingments. he never called back.

+ 0 moreHis guys were very professional and Juan Carlos came in at least once a day to check up on the project. Would totally recommend him to my friends. All the guys follow safety laws and took precautions before starting the work.
Description of Work: I Spoke with Juan Carlos about getting vinyl siding and he suggested trying Stucco instead. We decided on stucco and everything was perfect!

+ -1 moreThe owner came by and gave a very reasonable quote, which I agreed to and signed a contract. We agreed on a date two weeks from the signed contract date for the work to be performed. In the meantime, he was supposed to revisit with some samples for the siding, but never showed. After making several phone calls, he never returned with any samples nor contacted me to reschedule. Few days past the agreed date on which the work was supposed to be performed, I called to inquire why he hasn't showed and his response was that he completely forgot about the job. Very unprofessional. Moreover, I agreed for a second meet and he did not show up the second time either. Though he gives a competitive price, it really has no value if he 'forgets' to do the work. I was on a strict timeline due to insurance requirement, and his unprofessional ways ended up costing me time and money. I absolutely do not recommend his company.
