It was a wonderful service and wonderful gentleman, they came on time even though it was on Sunday.

It was a pleasure in that a problem with a garage door replacement had been eliminated by Mordicai of H&O Garage Door Masters. He did the repair with cordiality, and without bad-mouthing the replacement job done by the workers of Garage Door Repair who hadn't sufficiently responded to the problem.

Perfect, expert installation clean and fast

they called this morning to come and look at the job and were right on time. keep in mind it's a holiday weekend. later they called and said they could come and do it today-again right on time. talk about good service! they replaced the tracks and now the door opens and closes easily .

Called for a quote and Mordi came to my home the same day and the door was installed a few days later. The installers did an excellent job. The garage door looks great and it's quiet.

He arrived when he said he would come and quickly replaced the entry pad with a new one. He was patient and answered all my questions.

Mordi first tried to advise us what we could try without having to pay for a visit. When that didn't work he came over the next day and fixed the problem, as well as spruced up the entire mechanism. Honesty and quality work - what more can you ask.

They did a good job at a reasonable price

Just had our very old manual garage door replaced with an automatic one. H&O did an exceptional job!They came promptly to give an estimate, and clearly laid out all the choices at a very reasonable price. Installation was quick and flawless, and the owner was present throughout to ensure a quality job and to provide a clear explanation of operationing procedures. I am totally impressed with the customer service, functionality of the system and the price, and I highly recommend them.

went well, very quick work, 30 minutes

Repair man arrived at 11:41 and stood in my driveway with the garage door open for three minutes (didn’t know someone inside my house was watching him through the door). I pulled up and he asked me what service I paid for. I pulled up the confirmation and showed him I purchased the garage door remote installation and 21 point inspection. He told me that my remote wasn’t working. I showed him that the opener was in manual position. Then he replied “I’m finished“. He wasn’t aware that I knew exactly what time he arrived because I saw him making an illegal u-turn. He asked “What do you expect for $79.00? You want me to sleep here?” Needless to say, he told me he’d give me a refund, got in his truck and drove away. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. He attempted the classic get over con job.

After setting up the appointment a few days before, Mordi came promptly 9 am on a Sunday (!) morning and replaced pulleys, and track wheel on one side also general adjustment and new remote sensor with 2 remotes. In and out in about 1 hr 15 min. Works well and saved the considerable expense of a new door.

Motti listened to my concerns and worked with me to agree to a reasonable price. He was professional and timely. I interviewed 4 other contractors before I decided to choose him because of the positive reviews from prior customers as well as his reasonable price.

It was OK. What was described in the Big Deal is not what he did. The experience was not the greatest. The door still has a gap in it. The garage is much better than it was. I bought the big deal so the issue was resolved completely, but I am only 85% satisfied. The price was good for what he said was going to do, but not for what he actually did.

It went well. The representative advised me on how to do routine maintenance.

Paid for a service on here for my garage door. Was squeaking pretty bad. They came and did a service, lubed all the joints. Would hire again.

After he did a great job on the tune-up yesterday, a metal piece from the door broke today (it was not possible to notice this during his previous work). Nonetheless, I called him about 5pm to look at the door and made an appointment for Tuesday. But, since he was in the neighborhood he came today about 7pm to fix the problem. He refused to take payment for this work. He replaced the piece that broke in such a way that it is even more secure than before. I highly recommend H&O to anyone who needs a garage door serviced!

Excellent! the worker came the day after i called him. he assessed the job and determined the hardware and springs had to be replaced.. he fixed it on the spot. very friendly and professional.

We used them once to fix the garage door. It was like three years ago; it was fine no problem. They were nice. They were reasonable, and everything was according to the contract and the agreement on the deal. It was fine, I like them. It was very nice guys and a very nice company. They're professional, and they did a good job. I have a very good opinion about them. They were on time, so they didn't make me wait forever. They promised to come at a specific time; they came exactly. They were sharp on time. They were very polite and professional.

I had sent my complaint to Angie's list. It involved Angie's list listing for this offering. Never resolved with Angie's list. We are much less likely to use Angie's list going forward. You have left our complaint unresolved and the issue was with Angie's list not garage door repair work Sincerely Jeffrey
