H&O Garage Doors Masters

No Way, No one contacted me till now. I have 3 dates, 2 dates have already passed by. I cant wait till last minute for someone to call and say we are coming tomorrow

He called shortly after I made the purchase to schedule an appointment. The appointment was made within 2 days. He arrived at the scheduled time. Since this was a new installation and I had a larger size garage door (2 car), he recommended I use a stronger opener, which I agreed to. Therefore, the cost was a little higher than I had purchased. Also due to the unique layout of my garage, installation wasn't the easiest, but he went right to work explaining as he went along. I will call H&O again for new springs and sealer before the winter and would highly recommend this company.

Great. They helped me pick out a nice design, removed my broken door and installed the new one to perfection. I would work with them again.

Mordi did a wonderful job. H came promptly that day even though it was not in the same borough that the company is located. He found the problem right away - the sensors . When that was fixed the track was also off. He also expertly fixed that. The price was reasonable $170. You could not ask for better professionalism than he offered.

Mordi responded quickly on a Sunday. He diagnosed our problem as a dead motor, not just a dead remote. He also demonstrated to me how the springs that we had were too strong and were not good for the motor, and additionally wouldn't allow the door to stay closed were we to disconnect the door from the lift. He also showed me the use of the emergency (un)lock, which I didn't know about. He assured me that the tracks and door I had were alright, even though they looked questionable in my ignorant view. We made an appointment for the work to be done, he came as promised, and he did what I wanted.

Door looks great and was professionally done. They were here when they said they would and I am very happy with the results

I called H&O because the garage door would not close. It looked like one of the rollers had snapped. I was given an appoint for the next hour. I then received a call that they were running late and would be at my house two hours later - which they were. After some discussion regarding the merits of repairing the rollers or installing a new door, I opted for the new door. Three hours later it was installed. I have used H&O before and can recommend them for courtesy, promptness and doing a great job.

H&O was great, as they have been before -- I have used them twice. They come quickly, have all the parts on the truck, and know what they're doing.

Not pleased w/ the results. I didn't watch the serviceman perform the inspection, but I knew he lubricated the motor due to the lingering smell of oil or hydraulic fluid. Everything seemed OK until a week later when one of the top mounting brackets came loose and 2 rollers popped out. I did the repair myself because it was easy enough. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but a thorough inspection would have identified a loose bolt and bracket. Either way, no, I would not use H&O again.

I really appreciate this provided. I had a friend who's garage door wouldn't open because she has never had it serviced before. I panicked and looked on Angies List for a provided that would come to me immediately and give me a service. I called this company on Saturday and they were at my house on Monday. I really appreciate this. They oiled the door completely and looked at other things that might be wrong with my garage door after going through different weather and storms. The representative that came found that there were some bolts missing and he did not charge me for putting the bolts in. I will be calling them back, as a matter of fact they will be servicing my door on a yearly basis. Thank you.

I purchased this deal due to the fact that my garage door was malfunctioning and would not close properly in cold weather. H&O contacted me right away and came the next day. They replaced the rollers and pulleys and now the door works perfectly.

left an email friday.I received one back confirming set up appt for fiirst thing monday morn. the tech, mordeci, called at 1/2 hour before arrival as promised.after figuring out how to open my 2 ton door by himself (i'm disabled) he got the needed peices from his truck and all was fixed quickly. As an added bonus,he nailed up the cable wire so it wouldn't get stuck in the springs.a very nice man,im thankful there are still people who know how to do their job not only superbly, but also with kindness and respect.thank you Mordeci, and H & O Garagedoor masters.

it went well... The original coupon and original purchase was for "tune up", I don't really know and don't really care what is "tune up", when some one called me, I tell them I want the garage door keypad to reset password, they said no problem, will do it..... Luckily, all the door machine are good, all tracks worked well..... I moved into the house 5 years ago, and it was broken since the day 1 when I moved in, and this is the first time that I see the garage door is working..... I am pleased.....

This was an $89.00 special offer. The company contacted me very quickly, made the appointment at my convenience and the technician called before he came (which was well within the time frame). He was very friendly and professional, although he expresssed amazement at the heaviness of the custom wooden double garage door. He was responsive to my concerns about the thunking noise when the door was closing and correctly diagnosed it as two old, loose side brackets. Once these brackets were replaced, the door closed silently. I don't anticipate any problems with the work that was done; however, the technician did say that this particular job was not guaranteed, and that only new installations or parts were guaranteed. As I said, I don't anticipate any problems with the work that was performed today.

Very professional. Showed up exactly on time. Installed new opener fast and it works great. Very happy and would definitely use again.

They performed the work in a timely fashion and I am extremely satisfied with all of the work they performed. They were respectful and had good personalities.

Friendly and courteous and booked the appointment on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. Arrived on time and even called beforehand to let me know was on his way. The garage itself is very old with extremely rusty and damaged parts. Before servicing you could barely open and close it. Technician went to work and replaced all the rollers, honoring the Angie's List coupon. It worked much better but still very hard to close. He mentioned the springs were the problem and that he had new appropriately sized ones in his van. We discussed what I thought to be a fair price and he went on with the installation. Works like new and the whole thing took less than an hour. Very pleased with their work. I'm sorry but I forget the technician's name...it starts with an M - Mort or Mordecai I believe.

Provider called in the morning to ask if he could come in 30 minutes and was told that would be fine. 30 minutes later two service people arrived. They were courteous and professional. I explained the problem I was having with the door and they quickly found the cause. They noted that in addition to my original problem, two safety wires were missing from the main springs, Which I opted to have installed. They oiled all the door mechanisms and left a new bottle of lubricating oil so that I could continue to maintain the system. I asked if they could program a new remote that I had previously purchased. They quickly and happily did so. Before they left, they checked and adjusted the laser sighting that keeps the door from closing if someone or something is under the door. They did an excellent job and left me a happy customer. I highly recommend them.
