Description of Work: The deal that I bought implied that the rollers on the garage door would be replaced, but the 2 men that came to do the job said that that was extra. They sprayed the tracks, checked the door and left an extra remote, as offered as part of the deaL. They were prompt and professional. I might use them again in the future.

Description of Work: There were some communication issues concerning appointments. I would tell them the times I could be available and for them to confirm with me what day they were planning to come. The next thing I received was a phone call from them telling me that they were 20 min. away from my house without first confirming with me as to my availability.

Description of Work: After H&O dusted off the door, they told me a needed new rollers for an additional $250. A few days later, I see they have a deal for $79 on Angie's list! Hope this isn't a way for them to add on services once they arrive to the victims house with a cheap starting price.

Description of Work: Supposed to provide a tune up and lube for garage door. When they arrived told me I had the wrong size rollers and springs for my size door. Door has operated well for over 10 years. Told them not interested in changing anything. They sprayed the rollers and tracks gave me a can of spray on lube and left. I felt they were looking to sell me a big repair job.

Description of Work: My house was struck by lightening and blew out my garage door opening, the outlet it was plugged connected to. I called them on July 7th, at about 5 pm and they came at 7 pm. I thought that was so nice. While he they determined there were other problems with the Garage door and corrected them. I had to have an electrician come and change the outlet the next day and they came back that day and installed the garage door open. I would recommend them very highly and would definitely use them again

Description of Work: The repairs were done well although the final price was a little higher than originally stated. Repairman showed up late but he did call to update me several times. The experience was good but could have been better. I would still use him again and would recommend his services.
