It didn't zero response, zero professionalism.

He oiled it and changed the rollers and did some repair on the wood frame. It is easier to open now. Could use a new door or springs but this repair makes it easier for us as we cannot replace it now. He was very punctual and tried to help us as much as he could. Would hire again.

Mordii arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. He called the night before and earlier in the morning to confirm his arrival time. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. The door works very well.

Service was great! I was concerned about replacing entire garage door framing and weather stripping, but only a small portion needed to be replaced and I was told the rest was in good shape. Springs and rollers were replaced with better quality parts and the door works much more smoothly!

It went very well, My garage door decided to come of track 12/30/2016. I called H&O and although nobody was available that next day Saturday 12/31/16, the young lady assured me someone would be here New Years Day 1/1/2017. Mordi and his partner were here early New Years day ready to work. They were punctual, professional and pleasant. I am definitely hiring H&O Garage Doors when I am ready to purchase my new garage door with remote. Very pleased.

Door has been working well since the service

Called them to arrange service. They came the same day as called. Two guys were very helpful in repairing the issues with my garage door. I also had them replace the flashing, moldings and garage door wheels. The even threw in a couple extras that were needed. They were very professional and my door is working like new. I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in the future.

They came quickly after we called, tried reprogamming the controller, which didn't work, then installed a new one -- quickly and at a reasonable price. I have always been very impressed with their quality and professionalism.

I was looking for Garage door company for install a new garage door opener. The person that answer the phone was very professional and she tried to give me the first appointment ASAP. The next day the tech call me 30 minutes before of my appointment and he came on time to do the great job. I really happy with the service and recommend it for everyone. Thanks H&O.

They sort of waived at the garage door and told me it was over. I have a double garage so I paid for two and when the guy came he said I should have paid for one so I guess I over paid, I don't know. I thought I was doing the right thing and then when he showed up he kind of looked at it and squirted some juice on the rollers and said that looks pretty good and started to leave. And I said to him I paid $60 for this, that's all you gonna do. So he went to the truck and he got me some lubricant, a can a lubricant and he gave it to me and he said goodbye. So I didn't feel real good about that company. The whole thing was less than twenty minutes, maybe less than fifteen. Originally I was supposed to pick a couple of dates when they would contact me, when they didn't contact me I called them and they were shocked that the deal said they was supposed to contact me. And then once we made the date the first one they missed and this was the second one when the guy finally came out and waived at my garage door.
