Description of Work: They came promptly, within an hour from when I called them. I had requested a tune up of the rollers on my garage door. They pointed out correctly that it was an old door and needed to be replaced, but I didn't want to do that at this time. The rollers that were on my door were smaller than the ones they use today. They replaced 3 hinges and rollers and oiled all parts. I can now open and close my garage door. |

Description of Work: I originally bought a $59 service for my garage doors,which hadn't been looked at for years. Just before the service man arrived, one of the overhead springs snapped, so we replaced the springs on both doors, and also did the maintenance work needed.. He was thorough and professional.

Description of Work: Signed up for garage door tune up special and scheduled service date. On site, the technician's stated they were unable to perform the service because they weren't familiar with our garage door model. They were honest and advised us to cancel the coupon for a refund and threw in a can of lubricant for the chain as a compensation. Very cool.

Description of Work: I purchased a "tune up" from Angie's List "Big Deals". For my mother's garage door that had been so neglected that it was frozen. The technician was undaunted. He got things moving and replaced the rollers and two of the pulleys. We were very pleased with the work done. I don't remember the exact cost because my mom paid.
