I was very happy. They definitely knew their stuff. I thought the pricing was pretty high. They were courteous. I would compare prices before I would use them again.

They came in and I opened the garage door to show them that when it is opening it sticks and then slams up before continuing to open. He told me that the sensor that allows me to open and close the door with one touch was not working. To which I said that's okay I just want to stop the hitch when the door opens. He said he had to fix the sensor $249.00 I said no and he left. Before leaving he asked me if Angie's list informed me of the additional 29.00 charge and I said no. To which he quickly said OK no problem. When he walked out of the front door I noticed his assistant unloading the truck with what, I assumed, were the tools needed to do the tune up but he shook his head as he approached the truck and the assistant put the tools back into the truck and they left.

It went very smoothly, no issues.

They got back to me in a day or two. They were very prompt. Unfortunately, they do not service my area so I could not use the coupon.

I later found out what cost me $1050 (including the AL coupon), could have cost me about $650 had I used a Sears tech. Angie's List actually cost me more money--far more money.

I had 2 other companies come before H & O. Both glanced and said I need a whole new system. H & O came in did some trouble shooting and figured about the problem which was justt the sensor These guys are honest A+ Thank you!

Tuned up y garage door-thought I needed a new opener but they explained that after they tune it up, it would work like new again and it did.

The door can be fully closed without any gap in the corner. For sure they are professional and able to do it quick and good. I am very happy with their service.

quick and easy would use again

It was a 5 minute job. I wished I'd done it myself and saved some money. The ad sounded like the work would be more comprehensive.

Everything went smoothly, they were prompt and explained all that needed to be done. They thoroughly completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. I would certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

I found this company through the Big Deal. Before purchasing, I emailed the company for clarification of the services provided. I received a prompt response. I then purchased the Big Deal. This company responded the same day asking me for 3 possible service dates. I responded and was contacted that day with confirmation of one of the dates I suggested. In the email response, I was given a 2 hour window and that I would receive a call a half hour before arrival. On the day of service, I received a call from the worker stating when they would arrive. The worker called again when he was outside my home. The 2 workers entered the garage and inspected the tracks, rollers and sensors. They asked me to close then open the garage door as 1 of the workers sprayed the tracks with lubricant, then asked me where he should install the keypad. After installation he showed me how to use it and change the 4 digit code.

They completed it and did a good job. The only complaint is that I felt the price was a bit high as I supplied 4 of the doorknobs. I had them come out to do the job sight unseen so no estimate was rec'd beforehand and I had no choice but to get the work done as I don't live close by.

They were here promptly and were professional. They fixed whatever ailed the garage door and I was very pleased.

I purchased a deal from Amazon - $29.99 for a garage door tune-up. They came and immediately dropped on my all the work they would have to do. I was initially a little turned off because I thought I was getting bait-and-switched. That being said, these guys are great. They gave me a 3 hour time frame for the appointment, came towards the front end of that time frame, and called when they were on their way. They were friendly and professional, assessed the issues in 2 minutes flat, and got to work right away. They replaced rollers, pulleys, and added support cables. My garage door is now centered (used to be crooked), operates quietly, and there's no more shaking and shimmying. They even gave me a free can of lubricant for the brackets and rollers. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

When they came to look at the door and said it needed to be replaced. When I contacted the warranty company they told me I needed to get a technician report so they would know exactly what was wrong with it. When I asked H&O Garage Doors Masters for the technician report, they weren't able to give me a report because they didn't know what was wrong with it. If they didn't know what was wrong with it to begin with, how could they tell me I needed a whole new garage door.

Our experience with them was great. There was no additional cost. Everything was done as expected. I have nothing bad to say about it. They responded very quickly. They came on the same day.

After I purchased the service, I realized that it would not have worked on my garage door. I called the company and told them my mistake. They agreed to take a look. They forgot the first appointment but arrived on time for the rescheduled date. They repaired the broken lock and did minor repairs on the tracks to get the door to open easily. The tracks were not part of the actual job, he did a little tweaking to it to make it work but that service was not part of the original job. Also he did not charge for it.

There were two men, neither of whom was a native English speaker but both were very polite and made themselves understood. When I opened the garage door, they saw that it had 16 rollers. We spent some time talking about how old the door is and that they could only replace 10 rollers with the deal that I had purchased. I considered sending them away but decided that 10 was better than none. They told me that it would cost $90 ($15 apiece) to replace the remaining 6 rollers and I said that I couldn't afford that so they just did the 10 rollers. They cleaned up after themselves, which I very much appreciated, and I made sure that the door still worked properly before they left. Overall I was very happy with the service but I think the company should have a way to help people who have older doors with more rollers. The men said that newer doors only have 8 or 10 rollers (and bigger panels, I suppose) so that most people are covered by this deal. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism and attitude of the workmen. The whole thing took less than half an hour, including the conversations about what it would cost to do all of the rollers.
