H&O Garage Doors Masters

I received an email requesting my address and to schedule a time for service. I emailed them back with that information and have not heard back. I called on 1/22/15 and left a message and have yet to receive a return call.

I emailed the provider early the previous week and they were accommodating on setting up the tune up apt for the coming weekend. They provided a window of 11am to 1pm and called within the window to confirm I was home and to let me know an exact time. Once they arrived, they quickly inspected the garage door and all the components. They also provided an education on the unit. I would recommend them and plan on using them in the future if needed.

It went very well. They performed the tune up, as well as some additional work. I replaced the seal at the bottom of the garage myself, and it went out of whack. They came back and fixed it. They were prompt and professional. I would use them again.

Things went well, he changed the roller on the garage door.

everything went well but in retrospect, I should have just replaced the door as the other parts were OK and I could have saved money. I did discuss this plan with the company but they said they did not do that so I went along with their recommendation.

I got them in an Angies list deal , the guy came punched a whole in the door and put the lock in, the hole process took less than ten minutes. I thought they would balance the springs on the door and oil it as was mentioned in the deal, they didn't .but I have no complaints about the lock

Very good. The provider was knowledgeable and helpful. The quick release was installed quickly and efficiently. It works great and I can get into my garage now even if the power fails.

Chuck and his partner attached the garage door opener to the door and attached the the flag bracket securely to the door jamb. He oiled the hinges and left some for me to do about once a month. Since I had misplaced the remote control for the door I was able to purchase one from him in which he programmed it for me.

Was on time and answered all my questions.

We talked on the phone and set up appointment. He was on time and delightful to work with.

These folks installed my new garage door opener last year, and did a great job. This year, I just wanted everything checked, but mentioned it was a bit noisy, so they replaced the old steel rollers with plastic (ouch); the plastic rollers, they said, are hard and durable, and indeed everything works much more smoothly and quietly with the new rollers. They are pleasant, punctual, and professional. I wish I could rely as much on all the people I ask to do things around the house. We are getting older, and can't tend to them ourselves, and so really depend on the skill and professionalism of service providers.

They came as scheduled. Replaced rollers, installed new parts, and lubricated door. They replaced broken parts at a reasonable price, and cleaned up afterwards.

The job was done well by two technicians. They were the same who had come days before to assess and give an estimate. They worked efficiently and I am very pleased with the results.

The company responded quickly. Kept me apprised of arrival time during the day. Arrived and explained what they would do and how the new keypad worked. Also oiled my garage door. They could not have been nicer!

Overall, it was OK. It turned out that less was included than we hoped, but we would consider using them again. They were on time and I can definitely tell a difference in the door since they came out.

They got here right away and provided me with a new remote control for my garage door..

I called and they came the same day. Express service. Real gentlemen. The way it should be!!

Couldn't have gone better! I bought it late morning and stated that I was.available for the service any day after 12noon. A few hours and emails later, they were at my door. They serviced both doors, changing the rollers and suggesting I change the pulleys. The price they gave me for the additional service I found very reasonable. They were very neat. I would definitely use them again!

The ad on the deal stated that the company worked in the Westchester area. But they got back to me after a day or do and said they didn't go into the Bronx. I don't live in the Bronx, but they said that they don't do the Westchester area either. I was reluctant to pay up front for service work and my reluctance was well founded. What a pain to get a refund. Will not use Angie's List again. I thought it was a great idea to use Angie's List, but too many hoops, this should have been easy. I get the impression that the providers do not take their responsibility seriously. I could have gotten the same response from any unknown contractor. Its always the same poor customer service.

After a bad experience with Home Depot taking my order, coming out to measure and then telling me they can't install a new garage door due to low ceilings, I was happy to find someone that knew it was possible. Both Mordi and Chuck were great to work with. They quickly came out for an estimate, confirmed the material with me AND had my size door in stock. All other vendors claimed this was a custom size door and I had to wait 4 weeks. The two returned later that week and installed the door in about 2 hours. They were quick and efficient. They worked with me and the tight tolerances of the garage, provided courteous service and we're very willing to answer my questions and take my calls. They even managed to wire the opener in a way that most of the wires are hidden without snaking through walls! I'm very happy with the new door and think the quality is better than what I originally ordered from Home Depot.

It was okay. They didn’t really do that much while they were out, but their customer service was fine. There were no issues scheduling with them and they showed up on time.

They were very organized and prompt. They initially told be it would be between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. At 9:30 they called and said they were 15 minutes away. They inspected the damage and gave me an estimate for repairs. I initiated the conversation regarding a new remote garage door opener and they gave me several options. After agreeing on the project, they went to work and in roughly two hours I had a completely refurbished garage door and new automatic door opener and remotes. One additional thing. I had mentioned that I get a lot of leaves and snow under the door when we first spoke. After the job was done, they had installed a rubber base to the door that will prevent anything from blowing in under the door. They did this at no charge. Excellent work done by true professionals. I highly recommend them.

Showed up as scheduled and was very nice. Bought the big deal door tune up. Would use them again.
