They came exactly when expected. They performed what they were paid for and was pleasant to work with.

It went fine but originally I assumed all of the services they were going to be providing were included in the original tune up price. The additional cost was reasonable and they were quick and efficient and on time.

Reprogrammed remotes. Showed up on scheduled time. No issues with service. Would recommend

We recently had the whole exterior of our house done including siding and windows. The company we were using didn't do garage doors so we decided to find a company that specializes in garage doors. We met with the H&O group who took the time to give us all the different options we had from basic to exotic. They were very informative and focused on finding us the right system. They listened to my wife and I intently since we had specific concerns. Our old garage door was probably an original from the 1960's when the house was built. We wanted something that would provide better insulation, not have windows, and also have a programmable remote entry to open and close the door. After giving a deposit the H&O team requested that they come back and meet with the installers that were doing siding on the house to assure what finishing work they would have to do and what work the siding company would be doing. About 10 days after our order we were ready for installation. They came to and did the installation of the garage door, garage door opener, and the electronic key pad. They spent time explaining the system to us and made sure that it was sealed correctly because one of our concerns was the draft that used to come in through the old garage door. The work done by H&O was the finishing touch to a complete exterior remodeling that we do. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Last night one of the side brackets that the wire cable which pulls up the garage door was attached to, ripped out. Because of this, my door could not open or close without threatening to rip the entire housing out of my walls, and was unbalanced so it could not even be lifted or lowered completely. This morning I purchased H&O's roller replacement and tune-up big deal and then called them to see if they could fix my door. The were able to come that same day and promptly fixed my door so it opens and closes properly. They also replaced my rollers (the big deal I pre-purchased) and adjusted the runners the rollers roll through so that my door would move smoothly and I wouldn't have a repeat performance of my issue. I am extremely thankful for this companies timely response and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

We received several estimates, one from another small local company, and also Sears and Home Depot. H&O's estimate was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either, and they offered the best product in terms of R-value, warranty, and options. (Also, they were the only ones who offered black as a color option, which we wanted in the hopes of deterring graffiti.) After considering all the options, their proposal clearly seemed to be the best value. Mordechai and Chuck were our technicians for both the estimate and the installation. They called ahead, came on time, and were friendly and professional. Seems like a nice, family-owned business. They told us what we would need to do to get the garage ready, and when we had questions about alternative products, they answered them readily but stood by their recommendations. I'm glad we trusted them. They warned us at the beginning that it would take four weeks for the doors to arrive (due to the black color choice), which it did, and not one day longer. When the doors arrived, they scheduled the installation for within a few days. The work was performed over two days, and we are delighted by the result. We now have four well-made, state of the art, expertly installed doors (two with power openers), and we can't wait to see how much $ we save in the winter when we're not leaking heat anymore. We are naturally skeptical people who have been burned by contractors in the past. We are glad we shopped around, and very glad we chose H&O.

Everything went great. They changed the rollers and answered all my questions. My door is functioning much better now.

I bought the groupon and ended up paying hundreds of dollars more to get the garage door operational. Before they left they never even tested the garage door to make sure the key pad would open the door. When I asked they said they did not even touch it. I asked for an itemized bill because the bill they left just had check marks on it and not the cost so I could see what was covered with the groupon. They never responded. I wouldn't use them again.

They were excellent and fabulous very good service. They were professional.

Chuck came out on a Sunday. Pleasant and professional and responsive to my schedule as I work full time and could not get my garage open!

Scheduling was easy and work was done properly and quickly. A bit expensive.

They replaced all the rollers and the lubricated the tracks. They where very fast and thorough. They even left me a can of lubricant for the tracks. I would highly recommend.

The service ended up not being available. If Angie's List is going to run promotions - broad limitations such as non-availability in an entire state - should be clearly stated.

They got right to work made some suggestions finished quickly . I am very satisfied would use again

Chuck and his helper showed up on time on one of the coldest days of the year and got right to work. They replaced the casters and bottom gasket which was torn and also corrected a spring problem that would have burned out the motor. I was not expecting this added expense but after explaining the problem, we decided to replace the springs. The door is quieter and there are no more drafts from under the door. Very Happy.

H & O was the best find on Angie's list to date. They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely reasonable. My garage door just needed rollers. It was squeaking a lot. They replaced the rollers and it's as quiet as can be. He even left a can of lube to avoid this problem in the future. All I can say is WOW

First off, it was easy making the appointment online. The tech called about 20 minutes before they arrived, which I appreciated. He arrived on time, and was pleasant and professional. He started the work, completed it efficiently, and cleaned up after the job.

There were no problems with scheduling and they arrived on time. The technician completed the job in about thirty minutes. It did the work fairly well. The job was small, but he took care of it all.

When the repairmen arrived, they requested details about my problem. I was dreading, but fully prepared to have to pay for a new motor. However, they examined the motor, ascertained the problem, and corrected the malfunction. They explained that they were not in the "ripoff " business. They wanted to be honest and provide me only with the repairs that were absolutely necessary. They gave me an outside keypad and promised to return today with a manual alternative in case we lost electric power. True to their word, they returned this morning and put in the manual opener. I am a "happy camper"!
