He was very thorough. Even though he couldn't help me, he referred to someone that could help me. It was a very positive experience. He gave me a lot of information.

+ -1 moreThe process of buying a house was long and tedious. We started buying the house in August and did not close until December because of delay after delay. All the while, Larry was attentive and made sure to keep in touch with the bank, the lawyers and other realtor to make sure our application and home did not fall through the cracks.
Description of Work: We worked with Larry Bartolomei in the Buffalo office; he was absolutely amazing and we believe that if we had not worked with him, we would not be in our home today. Larry was attentive and eager to work with us on the largest to the most minute, minimal detail. He was a valuable asset when it came to communication between the other realtor, the bank and the lawyers. At the first meeting he provided us with information regarding the neighborhood and area which showed us whether or not this would be a sound investment for us. No task was too small and no question was a insignificant. He worked very hard to ease the stress of buying our first home and we will forever be eternally grateful. If you are looking for a reliable realtor who is willing to work with you as well as for you and is an all around sweet guy, go with Larry, you will NOT be disappointed and may end up in the house of your dreams. :)
