I was so impressed, I hired them to take over all of my landscaping and pest control. It's so nice having a single point of contact that actually knows what they are doing. The first visit was fine and reviewed all of my sprinkler adjustment repair needs with one of the employees of the company, Andre. On the return visit, things did not go well. A different person came (Joe the owner) and was very rude and obviously agitated with me. I am not sure what prompted that, and he declared that he could not read his employees minds, nor did he know what to do for the job. I had numerous communications via phone, text, and email with his employees regarding the job, but none of this seems to have been passed along. I also had asked for him to come at a specific time, given I work from home and have calls/meetings throughout the day. This also seemed to bother Joe. I could not in good faith give me money to someone who treated customers that way, there are just too many good companies out there for sprinklers maintenance. I hope Joe can improve (or maybe he was just having a really bad day) but I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
