Very good experience working with The Next Generation Yard and Tree Service. I plan to continue to hire this company to help with getting control over more troublesome areas of my yard :)

John did a great job and was very responsive to my inquiry regarding tree stump removal. He showed up on time and walked me through how he planned to complete the job. I highly recommend for tree stump removal and landscaping services.

John was hired to take out an invasive weed along with general weed removal. He did not take all of the invasive weed out and blamed me for not pointing it all out in addition to not cleaning up debris. He did return to finish taking out the weed but got upset and walked off the job. Very unprofessional and thin skinned.

I believe communication could have been better. Partly my fault. I think company should take the responsibility of clear and timely communication about the services being requested. Had stone delivered and was a good value.

John was prompt, professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Heâ s coming back in the Spring 2023 to do some landscaping around our recently-installed back yard privacy fence.

Hired Next Generation Lawn Care, operated by John Rio out of Jordon NY, to take down 13 trees, remove from property, grind 4 stumps and cut remaining stumps to ground level. Work started on November 16, 2020. As of December 11 all of the trees were down but removal from property and stump work were left to be done. John Rio was paid in full for the job with the promise that remaining work would be completed by the end of the year. As of November 11, 2021 the job has still not been completed. There are many tree branches that still need to be removed from the property and the stump work remains to be completed. In addition, one of the trees fell across the driveway onto the front yard causing damage to the lawn. John agreed that he would make full repairs on the lawn. Repair of the lawn was never done and had to be completed by me. John has made serval promises on when the job would be completed. None of the promises have been kept. I have called John several times, but my voice mail messages go un-answered. I would not recommend hiring Next Generation Lawn care for any type of tree removal work. Their price quoted was very reasonable, but they are very unreliable, have poor communications, and do not follow through on promises to complete the job.

John Rio came on time to provide a quote for removal of six tall fir trees close to our house. We hired him and they were able to come earlier than expected. Their work was efficiently performed and expertly done. He had to do some creative maneuvering to get his large lift to avoid power lines and reach the trees in a tight space. Cleanup was thorough and as he described before work began.

They showed up in time. The job was completed quickly. All debris was cleaned up and the wood piled neatly. We are very happy with their work.

We had a large area of brush and stumps that need to be cleared, graded, top soiled, and seeded. I also had some landscape trimming to do around my house. Within a few hours of posting this job, John Rio was at my house. He listened attentively to my needs, asked clarifying questions, and gave me a verbal estimate right on the spot, followed by a written estimate. His price was very fair considering the scope of work. John showed up when he said he would, did the work with efficiency, His team was focused on my complete satisfaction and went the extra mile when some large rocks had to be removed, and several trees felled. I am very pleased with the result. Iâ ve already hired Next Generation to do a second job.

Nice work. I felt they went above trying to leave a nice surface on the stump, so we could use it as a table for the kids to play on or a planter later.

They did a great job. So good I arranged to have them come back in the fall and take down 2 more trees around my pool.

They were happy to do a couple of trims that were not included on the estimate at no extra cost. It was a very hot day, and they came nice and early and called me to let me know.
