If quality work and speedy completion are important to you, this is NOT your guy. Contracted for remodel of bathroom and addition of bathroom. This job took over 2 months to complete in a very small area. He did not show up a lot of the time, nor was he available by phone. The quality of the work was poor. I was told I had to purchase all fixtures, tile, lighting, etc. He built the laundry closet too short to fit the stackables because he "forgot" (his word, not mine) to account for the hookup space. Instead of fixing it properly, he simply added trim upon trim to the outside to make the door close. It looks awful and is crooked. "Wainscotting" was cheap wooden strips cut in half and stacked side by side. Sink and vanity were improperly installed, resulting in gap between back of the vanity and the wall and leaving the granite sink top too short in front. Jacuzzi faucet installed off to one side, instead of in the center. Worst of all, a couple of years later I was forced to replace the entire shower he installed because improper installation caused a huge leak and black mold. I will never use him again, nor would I recommend him.

Bill contracted out much of the work, his electrician was unreliable and had an alcohol problem based on contractors discussing this in front of me. Some work was okay other work was done shabby. Had problems with new toilet in added on bath immediately, when I called Bill he said for me to call the plumber. Had problems with shower when they installed the shower floor they did not install the pad under it so when used repeatedly it cracked and is leaking into basement. Also price noted above only was for labor we paid separate for most of the parts. When I recently called Bill about the shower problem he did not return my call.

Due to Hurricane Irene, we had major roof problems, which caused leaking inside the house. I contacted Bill, and he came over the next day to take a look. Bill was wonderful - Gave me an estimate right away, even put up some shingles that had fallen off until he could come over and work on our roof. Once the team was able to come over and work on the roof (took no time - only had to wait for more rain to stop), they were in and out in no time! Roof looks great, and there are no leaks anymore! The crew was professional, safe, and kept everything extremely clean. Bill even did some work on a couple of ceilings that had leaks, and they look incredible! The price was wonderful, the work was great! I highly recommend Bill and his team for anything you need!
