Fratine and Sons Concrete

They came and ripped up sidewalk and patio, required 1/2 payment up front and never came back. I was left with no sidewalk and no patio, just a muddy mess. We later found out that no permit was ever secured to perform work, had to have someone else come to work on sidewalk as we live near a school that was starting for the year and it was a complete safety hazard for our community. They have thousands of dollars from me that they never returned for work they didn’t perform. I still have no patio, just a mud pit as we had to have someone else come and fix the issue with my front sidewalk. This didn’t impact just me - there were three other neighbors that all contracted with him to replace sidewalk... they too are out thousands of dollars as a result of incomplete work.
