+ -1 moreHe arrived on time, worked steadily, and took care not to make a mess. He climbed onto our roof (2 stories high) and reported some damage, which he illustrated with Polaroid pictures that were very clear. We hired him to do repair as well and have filed a report in that category. We couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned inside of chimney. Inspected outside and inside.

+ -1 moreWe knew that the chimmey needed repair because we had water damage on our second floor ceiling. Initially we called him as a chimney sweep, and he took three Polaroids to show the damage. He arrived with two added people in the crew. They were quick and neat. He documented the work before, during and after with Polaroids. The old bricks were removed. He's very detailed when he explains the problem and what he's done. He maintains that he comes to every job.
Description of Work: The top three rows of bricks on the chimney were replaced, a crown added, and the area of flashing around the bottom was repaired.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE, IT IS REALLY NOT A BIG JOB. THEY CAME AND THEY CLEANED IT. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE NICE AND HE WAS PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ONLY HERE FOR 20 MINUTES SO IT WAS FAST.
