 + 0 moreExcellent ... Called in the morning and Carl arrived around 3:30pm. He identified the issue was the thermocoupler and replaced it. He spent a little over 1 hour. Didn't try to upsell me. Part was $15 and labor was $120. Worth every penny to have hot water again ! I definitely would use Water Works again.

 + 0 moreWe had an absolutely excellent experience with Water Works. We started having a water softener leak on New Year's Day in the late evening. We called, left a message and received a call back within 20 minutes from the answering service letting us know that a plumber would call us the next morning at 11am. The 11am call came on time as promised and informed us that we could expect a plumber between 11:30 and 12pm. Dan Feduke was our plumber. He came to our home within the given timeframe and was able to fix the problem with no issues. He was professional, knowledgable, and very efficient. It took less than an hour for the entire issue to be fixed! We will certainly be using Water Works for any future plumbing needs we have and would recommend them highly!

 + -1 moreIt was a lot of dirty, hard work, that didn't go as planned because of surprises in the way the line ran between the house and the hook-up. Plumbers worked to thread the new pipe thru the existing opening in the basement wall(much appreciated) and when the job wasn't going to be completed in the planned time frame, they worked until 9pm, making sure we had a functional sewer line over night. And the concrete work they did closing up the basement floor looks great. I would call these people again and recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: Replaced a cracked sewer line in the basement floor and collapsed sewer line out to connection with city line.This was a scheduled job - the problem having been found during a drain clog clean-out earlier.j
