Very quick to answer and return phone calls, and was able to do the work within a reasonable time on both occasions. Mr. Coughlin came out once to replace the first items, but needed to return later after special-ordering a piece for our old front door. He warned me that he could break the lock in the process of changing it, but luckily that didn't happen. I would have preferred a dark color (like oil-rubbed bronze or just plain black) for all knobs, deadbolts, and locks, but all that was available was shiny brass, which seems very outdated to me. The price seemed very high ($450 for four locks), but the quality of the work was excellent, and I am happy with the end result.

Mr. Coughlin came within a few days of us calling him and worked quickly and efficiently to re-key the locks for our front and back doors. We had just moved to the house and wanted new keys, but we had also installed a new door and a new deadbolt on another exterior door, so we needed all four locks to match and use the same key. He did the work quickly and well and was careful not to scratch surfaces with stray keys or anything. He also was patient with me as I fumbled through a key chain with about 10 keys on it, trying to find the originals! We had a very good experience and would certainly use him again.

All of our locks started to fail at the same time and he came in and put on good quality locks. His price was reasonable. I would use him again. I was happy with their service.
