The project came out beautifully. Also, they were even great with my dog. Their work is top notch. Even the plumber that works with Victor is top shelf.... And the project not only came out beautifully, its complete. They hung all of my fixtures in the bathroom and even a painting. Basically after they left I was able to just jump right in an put everything back the way it used to be ...but in much prettier bathroom. I would recommend them 1000%!! Also what made my project successful is the constant communication between Victor and I. You have to buy a lot of materials and in order for things to go smoothly you need to communicate and make you have all what you need at the time you need it. So, I recommend making a list with Victor and asking him what you need when. Then your project will finish on time and perfectly!!!

I contacted Victor via email and he responded the following day. We set up a date to look at the work requested. Victor was prompt and professional from the very start. He was very honest with me regarding the best way to accomplish each job and diagnosed a problem I had been having with my old front door for 20 years. Victor provided me with a written estimate within a day or two. I had to order a new front door which would take several weeks to come in but I was so anxious to get started that Victor agreed to break the work up and work on the garage project first. The garage was a big job but it was done to perfection in just a few days. The entire space was fully cleaned at the end of each day. The job was perfect - all details addressed. I contacted Victor when my new front door came in and was installed within a few days - finally solving an old problem. The remaining jobs were completed with the same attention to detail. Victor's crew was always polite and professional - I was as impressed with them as I was with Victor. I would highly recommend VAP for a multitude of repairs and remodeling. I have already contacted VAP regarding another job that needs attention.

VAP repaired a privacy wall that was separating from the deck floor. They also replaced some deck caps and an exterior door frame. All tasks were done well and we are very happy with the outcome.

Victor was prompt in returning our calls, giving an estimate, and fitting us into a busy summer schedule. The others we contacted from Angie's list either did not respond or did not follow through with an estimate. We understand that it is a busy time, but we found we couldn't do the fence ourselves and needed help. We were wiling to wait, so the others really had no excuse in not following through, if they are interested in the reputations of their businesses: ie., if they had called and been honest that they were too busy to add work, we would have understood and might have called them for another job in the future. This is another reason which demonstrates Victor's integrity and good relating to future customers--even when he was very busy. He was honest with us that he might not be available for a few weeks, so it was a nice surprise when he was able to squeeze us in within a few days. He was polite, friendly, and patient with our quirky situation. He and his assistant worked quickly, neatly and they cleaned up very well. Victor seems highly knowledgeable, careful and he thinks through details well. His integrity, flexibility, high-quality work and pleasant personality is of the type that helps to boost trust and he is a breath of fresh air--in terms of good-old fashioned work ethic. We hired VAP Contracting to remove seven through-wall air conditioners and close in the holes left behind. The work was done by the owner (Victor) and one worker. The work proceeded quickly, and they were finished by the end of the second day, which was impressive considering the short notice on which they were hired. We were very happy with the quality of the work, and the price was reasonable for the work that was done. We would definitely consider hiring VAP Contracting again.

The owner, Victor, was easy to work with and offered good advice. He performed the work along with a helper, who was friendly and seemed skilled. They paid attention to my instructions and took care to do a good job. Later Victor phoned me to check that I was satisfied. I would hire him again because he seems determined to build up his business by doing everything the right way.

Excellent. Started work on date agreed and arrived everyday on time. Work was completed in 1 week as he said it would. Owner is very professional and pleasant. Except for a few occasions the owner was on site the whole time. His helper was also professional and pleasant and went out of his way to help me and my wife carry heavy items from my truck into the house. I will definitely consider using VAP again.

Very well. They were really nice. They came back and fixed every problem. They were prompt and punctual. They were reliable and very easy to reach on the phone. The price is just for labor. I would higher them again in a minute. They are very clean and considerate.
