Jim arrived when he said he would to prepare the estimate. His price was in the same range as other estimates I had received. After we agreed to proceed he explained step by step how the project would be handled. Exactly as discussed it was completed. He provided a Certificate of Insurance. His workers were timely and professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of driveway work.

The guy that came out said that it was guaranteed for a certain amount of time and when the time came for him to do it, they changed it and said that he got it wrong. It wasn't good. The guy that came out was very nice and left me a nice estimate. I don't remember whether they said one year and then they said they wouldn't cover anything or if they said 3 years and then came down to 1 year. When I called to have it done, it was not what he had promised. They've got a great rating and everything, but I realized after the guy came out. I would definitely not use them. They went back on their word for the guarantee. They weren't true to their word.

It took multiple calls to get an estimate. Then more calls to get teh work scheduled. They showed up earlier than agreed to, so we had a scramble to move cars. Quality seems OK. After they completed the work and were paid, I reeived a letter to the previous owner or current resident, offering the job for about $100 less.

He was very patient and very calm. It is very hard to get permits in White Plains. He did it all. The driveway looks good.

I highly recommend Jim's Driveway Sealing for both creating new driveways and for sealing. Their name, you should know, is a misnomer since they do so much more than sealing. I guess that's how Jim started out. After having had frustrating experiences with two other companies, dealing with Jim and his guys was a pleasure. Their price is ballpark what all the others were quoting, which is the only reason I gave their price a "B," as it wasn't inexpensive. However, it was worth every cent. Liam, the estimator and salesman, was professional and very competent. He assured me that all would be done to my specifications. When Douglas came to actually do the work with his crew of six men, I rapidly discovered that they were all professionals, totally competent, respectful and thorough. The work went smoothly on two days about a week apart. Everything was explained to me so that there were no surprises. If a decision had to be made or if there was a question as to how to proceed, they always consulted me. All of the men worked hard, fast and clean. Any suggestion I had as the work progressed was listened to and acted upon. I was never made to feel that anything I asked was an imposition. We now have a perfect driveway to be proud of, properly angled away from our garage and neatly installed. Thanks to Jim, Liam, Doug and the Guys!

The work was top notch and done in 2 days. There were a significant number of tree roots that need to be removed so this was not the easiest job. The price was great and the responsiveness and professionalism were fantastic. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing driveway work.

Very clean operation and they did exactly what they said they were going to do on resurfacing the driveway with a nice outcome.

It went fine. I was very pleased with how they were able to accommodate my request to do the work while we were away with fairly short notice.

I called them up, and they provided me with estimates. The estimate was around $2,000. I was able to get the materials from Home Depot for around $400 and do the work myself. The estimation process went well; they were polite and provided these estimates in a timely manner, but I decided to do the work myself.

Everything went very well. They came as promised at the date and time. They wanted to come on a Sunday, which was fine with us, and they were able to squeeze us in. The work was very good and they didn't make a mess. The workers were quick and efficient and left us information on what to do.

I called and left a message - played a little phone tag with the lady who called back - she arranged for Liam to come out and give an estimate - I missed meeting him at the house because I was late but he left the estimate - I called him and he came back the following day to review the estimate, was very nice and discussed different options, was knowledgeable and gave good advice. He was going to get back to me with the cost for the drain, I had to call him after I didn't hear from him for a few days, but he apologized and explained it was their busy season. We accepted the estimate and they sent us a contract - we returned it with a deposit. After a week I called to inquire about setting a date for the work, and they advised that we would hear from them in one to three weeks, depending on weather and other jobs. We did get a call after three weeks, and they wanted to come the following day. I would have preferred a little more notice, as I wanted to be there when they arrived, and could not be. Luckily, I work very close to my home and I was able to come home later in the morning. They had five guys plus the foreman, Greg, hard at work. Greg was very nice and went over everything they were doing with me, and I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing. They did a great job putting the new drain in place and creating the lip that I asked for next to some bushes. It's only been a week, and we haven't had any rain yet, but so far I am very pleased with their work!

they came out and gave a quote within the time frame. Given the rain and scheduling it took them a while to come out, but when they did they were quick, left no mess. I really appreciated the dos/don'ts note they left and the fact that they "roped off" the drive way for us.

We had an area (approx. 3'X4') which was broken to the sublayer. Jim's told us that this needed radical repair to assure that the area didn't just disintegrate within a year of sealing. It all made sense, but the estimate was over $2000! That rocked our socks; for better or worse, we just tried to take care of it ourselves via Home Depot. The results (Home Depot) weren't professional but hopefully enough until we can get a better estimate on this. Otherwise, a fine company - we see their signs everywhere!

We were very pleased. The entrance of our house looks so much better. The job ws done quickly and neatly.

They were easy to work with, returning phone calls promptly. They notified me of schedule changes, which was appreciated. The driveway looked exactly they way they told me it would. They were also very clear in explaining the retouching vs a repaving job and how the results would vary. Once I am able to get it re-paved, I will contact them for a bid.

The company gave me a reasonable estimate. The job was good, but I was not overwhelmed. I am not definite if I would use this company again in the future.
