Their ultra staff was very helpful. They came did the job and left and the job seems to be holding up very well. So I am satisfied. I haven’t met the guy who did it. I wasn’t even around when they did it. I just came home and saw that they had done it. They came exactly as they promised. They were polite and they answered all my questions. The job was handled smoothly. I didn’t have to do very much.

They did an excellent job. My experience with them was great. The guy came one day and measured the driveway. He told us what he would do. The next day they came and sealed the driveway. They were very competent, very thorough, very pleasant and very professional. It was perfect and I would use them again.

Could not have gone better. Very professional, and timely work. Jim sat down with us to design a walkway that is outstanding. You may find someone cheaper but none better with work that will last! I will use Jim as my go to guyand have him work on additional jobs in a heat beat!!

They did a horrible job and I actually haven't even paid them yet. They overcharged me. They won't even respond to my emails. The salesman was rude. I emailed the owner and he hasn't contacted me and hasn't called me back. I don't think the quality of the work will hold during the winter.

Basically work was OK. Had 1 question about small cracks that still showed, but he never called me back. His price was good; did have to reschedule one, but came on the rescheduled date on time.

I used them, they came, did the job and went away. So far everything has been fine! I never really was able to talk to them but I came home and the driveway was done and I have no complaints. They were really nice and responsive when you called them.

They showed up when they said they would, both for the estimate and the job. The job had to be postphoned once due to weather and their office communicated the necessary schedule changes very well. Price seemed to be the going rate. Materials were what was expected.

They first came out to give me an estimate, very quickly after I called. I didn't have to be there for the estimate, they just left the paperwork in my mailbox. I made the appointment and they fit me in their schedule quickly - pending good weather. I didn't have to be at the house for any of the service (pothole fixing and sealing) - both were done perfectly. Overall, a very professionally done job.

They came on the date they promised, the work was very neat and the coverage was excellent. They did such a good job that my neighbor scheduled them for later that month.

We called in JULY to have an estimate done for our driveway. It had a hole in it, but there were other issues that we thought should be addressed as well. They sent a sales rep over. He looked at our driveway, wrote up an estimate, and then called my husband a day later to walk through it. My husband was in the middle of a work meeting at the time, so he couldn't take the call. He called the sales rep multiple times, left messages, you know the drill. No call back. Our thoughts at the time, "Oh well, we're going on vacation anyway for two weeks, we'll deal with it later." So we get back from vacation. We recover from our vacation, and then I email Jim's on Thursday, September 6 to remind them about the estimate. Why? I like to think that it's because I like to give people benefit of the doubt, but in this case I was just being a pushover schmuck. So a day later, I get an e-mail back. Oh we're sorry about this. We'll make sure our sales rep contacts you today. Does he? Guess what the answer is? So TODAY on Monday, I call back, because obviously I have DOORMAT written all over my forehead. I also have a perverse sense of curiosity, and by now I want to see what excuse they pull up for not contacting us. The person who answered the phone was actually really nice, and said she would contact the sales rep and give him a good talking to. And did he call back? Do you even have to ask? I'm not some cranky curmudgeon with an axe to grind. If you want to, you can check my other posts, and you can see that I normally write VERY glowing reviews. However, the temptation is strong here to let out a whole string of four-letter words - and they are not "nice" and "good". So we're still left with a hole in a driveway, but at least we have a parting shot.

Very professional. Jim's completed the job on time and the driveway looks great. Cleanup was thorough. No issues. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

I emailed Jim's Lawn Designs thru Angie's list along with 3 other companies. Jim emailed me back with in 24 hours as promised by Angie's List. He was the only one. We arranged a meeting so he could come look at the work we needed done with in 2 days. We had a natural stone retaining wall that was not built properly many years ago and was starting to fall. Jim came and looked and immediately recommended what he though was the best solution. In 2 days I had an estimate in hand and an offer for a small discount if he could have his guys do the work the following week as he had a job postponement. Jim and his crew arrived bright and early on Monday morning. Jim explained to his crew what needed to be done and they got right to work. By the time I gave Jim the deposit and signed the contract, his workers already had 90% of the old wall down and were already starting to dig the footing. Jim arranged for a subcontractor to come to grind down 2 very large oak stumps that were in the way of the new wall. By the end of day one, the footing was completely dug and ready for concrete to be poured. By the end of Day two, the footing was poured; gravel, sand and stone had arrived and the new retaining wall was starting to go up. There was half of a day delay during the week for severe weather. His crew never once complained and are true craftsmen. I was amazed at the speed and preciseness of their work. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Overall, everything went very smoothly and in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased working with Jim and his crew and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them. After the wall was completed, his crew graded the dirt by the wall and reseeded it. The following day the paving crew showed up to repave the asphalt that was removed due to severe damage from the origional wall moving.

They have been very good. They do send mailer out just to send information. We used them several time and we have been happy with them. They are persistent, reliable and they just do good job with the sealing. We didn?t had any issue with them.
