Imperial Carpet Care were courteous and professional. Andrew was great to work with, always prompt with appointments, honored his price quote and a pleasure to have clean my RV carpets. I would have liked to give them 5 stars but there was some discoloration on one of the carpets in a few spots. They came back to correct this issue as they gave me a satisfaction warranty. Unfortunately they were not able to correct the issue. Andrew said he would try to come up with a solution but has not been back yet. I was waiting to leave a review as I feel Andrew will work with me on a solution but hasn't done so yet. Until Andrew can work this out I can only leave 2 stars. I will update as my review if Imperial Carpet Care provides satisfactory solution.
