+ -1 moreFirst of all, on a positive note Jack was friendly and personable. Also, Jack's prices are much more reasonable than many other WNY services. Jack receives a mixed review as our experience with him had some hits and misses. He gets a B for setting up a trap on the exterior of the home to encourage the racoon/squirrel to escape. Jack installed a metal grill over the former opening in the soffit. However, Jack gets a D for what happened soon after. When we explained there were still squirrels in the attic after Jack installed a metal grate over the opening, rather than investigating the attic or setting up traps inside the attic, Jack dismissed this idea and the possibility squirrels could be in the attic and simply explained there was no way they could get in. Soon after, the squirrel(s) which were trapped in the attic chewed through the exterior soffit to escape, resulting in further costly repairs. When we inquired if Jack would help alleviate the cost of these repairs, we received no response.

Description of Work: Jack identified how mice were getting in my home and set traps to catch them. Also suggested how to fill gaps in exterior wall to avoid additional problems.

Description of Work: Jack came out and was able to determine that mice were in my attic. Jack set the traps and I have not heard the scratching and pitter patter of little feet since. Jack was very helpful, professional and thorough.

Description of Work: Had a problem with raccoons, Jack came over, prompt, easy to work with and cares about the animals. |Had a lot of useful information, had to remove multiple animals and was very thorough.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Jack came out to determine the problem and found baby starlings in the next. He gave me the price for the work and asked me to call him when the birds left. I call him when I no longer heard the birds only to have them come back. I let jack know. Jack came out when I was on vacation and installed the basket.
Description of Work: Birds were nesting in the main chimmley of the house. Jack constructed and installed a stainless steel basket to prevent their entry.

Description of Work: A starling had somehow lifted the louvers on an 8" opening to the exhaust pipe leading to the range hood. Once he was in, he couldn't get out. Jack had to remove the kitchen fan motor; drop a knotted rope down inside the pipe to remove the bird from the duct; reinstall the fan motor; and then fabricate and install a fan vent guard at the exhaust pipe opening.
