+ -1 moreThey did a great job, showed up on time, and kept in good communication. Several of the windows hadn't been cleaned in years and are now crystal clear. They work quickly and can handle all different types of windows, as I have old and new windows in different rooms, and some casement windows as well.
Description of Work: Clean approximately 35 windows inside and out, 3000 sf house.

+ -1 moreShowed up about 15 minutes lates, but were professional and courteous. A team of 5 guys got straight to work and had our house, with over 35 windows. They had enough ladders to reach our windows in our two story living room and our windows three stories up on the outside. They were quick, done in less than 3 hours. The windows look perfect. They left some gunk in the corners of the interior and external sills. For what we paid, I expected a little more. I may use them again, but will look into other services next time too.
Description of Work: Cleaned the glass, pane and sills of all windows, screens.

+ -1 moreGreg, the owner of the business, kept in good communication with me, and was patient and accommodating even when we had to change the dates several times. Greg also advised us about how to keep the windows clean longer by winterizing the empty house, and he brought several broken windows to our attention so they could be repaired. The house looked so much better with the windows clean and sparkly! They did a great job in the half day plus that they spent there with the crew of 6, including Greg. It went very smoothly. All of the workers were polite, respectful of the property, and professional. I think we got excellent value for the price and recommend the company to others.
Description of Work: We were preparing to sell an empty 5 bedroom colonial house with many windows with storms. Some of the windows had 6 panes without removable grids. (Another window washer would not even bid the job because of the difficulty with windows like these.) The window washing was done both in and out, and the crew had a system where they brought the removable storm windows to a central location in the front hall where they could be thrououghly cleaned before they were replaced. Careful attention was taken to protect floor surfaces as they cleaned the windows on a "sawhorse" type of frame structure set up in the hall. Outside, crews worked with their own ladders and other equipment. They were thorough, careful of the areas they worked in, and cleaned up well.

+ -1 moreThey were on-time, had all the right equipment and the 4-man team each performed his own task like an orchestrated symphony.
Description of Work: Washed all first floor windows and interior storm sash ( 4 sides ). They were extremely efficient, professional, and very neat. Rarely have I seen such fast and flawless performance by a small business contractor.
