Description of Work: The estimator arrived earlier than scheduled after checking that we were agreeable to that. The installers arrived as scheduled, discussed the installation with us and proceeded to accomplish the installation professionally and courteously. While performing their job, the found and corrected a problem that the original builder had made in venting the dryer.

Description of Work: 90 degrees and my a/c stops. the repair miracle man comes diagnoses the problem as two shorted wires and change a fuse. Could have or would have paid more but the miracle repairman was honest and very pleasant. I talked to the rep on the phone @ 8:20am by 9:15am the miracle repair man was there and by 10:30am I'm as cool as a cucumber. Excellent service, great price professional company. Description of Work: At 8:00a.m. this past Sunday, I reported to the Holbrook answering service that my 35 yr. old furnace was not functioning. Within 20 min. after my report, a rep. from Holbrook followed up with a call to ask for specific information as to the problem. After doing so, the rep. told me that a service man would be out to assess the problem. She assured me that he would be there between 9:30 and 9:45a.m. At approx. 9;40a.m. the service man arrived, assessed the problem and provided recommendations for the resumption of heat. He explained,the problem in "lay man's" terms and was thorough in his assessment of the heating needs of the house and the decision was made to replace this ancient furnace. He informed me that I would be contacted by a Holbrook rep. to determine a date for the installation. Within 2 hours, after the service man left, I rec'd. a call from Holbrook to inform me that Holbrook would install the furnace the next day, Monday.at approx. 9:30a.m. On Monday, at 9:40 a.m. 2 men from Holbrook arrived to install the furnace. If I thought that the initial response from Holbrook was "over the top", the 2 installation men assured me that I had made the right choice in calling Holbrook. They were polite, considerate, professional, informative and friendly. They installed the furnace with precision and skill and after a long day, left the premises clean, leaving me to marvel at how smoothly and efficiently this entire process was completed. From the initial call to Holbrook, to the response of the service man, to the response of the installers, I must say that this experience restores a new found confidence in customer service. Holbrook rates a 10!!!!
