Description of Work: I would hire Dave to do other work at my home. He worked on the house foundation. Dave was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, completed the work in a timely manner and was a neat worker.

Description of Work: The contractor looked at the job, discussed possibilities, said he would send a drawing and when it was not received after a week I emailed him asking for it and making sure he had my email and he never responded.

Description of Work: Reconstructed brick steps to front porch where mortar was crumbling and bricks getting loose. Treated all brick work with a water-proof sealer. Also patched some stucco on sides of porch. Power-washed stone patio in front of porch and refilled all joints between the stones. | |Work was done in timely fashion and final result looks very nice, professional.

Description of Work: We had a collapsing versablock retaining wall which was torn down dug out, and reset with the existing block. The work is warrantied for 3 years and it's been a year and so far so good! Through the harsh freezing and ground heaving, the wall has not moved. We've used Dave and Co. before. They once did foundation work and all the dirt was put on tarps. This wasn't done this time, but I'm not complaining! I would use Dave Ferrarone again.

Description of Work: Dave repaired our chimney, which had lost a good bit of it's outer shell. Additionally, he removed tree limbs touching the house and sealed the chimney.

Description of Work: We had crumbling bricks and stone steps that were loose going up to our front door. Dave was very professional and courteous with the estimate and scheduling. The work completed was pretty outstanding, particularly with the brick work. However, I noticed today that some of the existing caulk was not completely removed during the repointing portion of the project and has since come loose in a couple of spots. I will call to find out if someone can take care of this minor issue.

Description of Work: Dave cleaned out the exhaust chimney, noted the need for repairs. He also evaluated the fireplace chimney. Finally, he evaluated the roof for needed repairs and is preparing an estimate for that job.

Description of Work: Dave inspected the chimney, gave us a videotaped report and estimate. He then put in a chimney cap, repaired cracks, resealed chimney and 2 skylights, cut limbs away from roof and stacked the wood.
